Contacted this company to personalise a little gift for a colleague. I had been let down by another company at the last minute and phoned and spoken to a lovely chap called Graham who explained he worked from home and that if I could drop it in to him before 8pm he would have it ready the next day. Duly did this and was really pleased with the result. Will see my friend and colleague on Monday. Hope she is as happy as I am. Lovely prompt and friendly service. Will recommend and use again. The engraved plaques are constantly…
The engraved plaques are constantly falling off, not glued down properly.
The rest is spot on probably due to transit that they have been knocked about.

Im sorry to find out that the plaques inside the medal boxes have come loose. The plaques are supplied by the manufacture of the product and not us. We only engrave the plaque for you and peel the back of and stick it in. Ill be in contact with the manufacture on Monday to ask the question as should stick properly and is a first for us. Please accept our apologies and any inconvenience this may of coursed. we have attached a code for for taking time for your feedback with a 10% discount on any order over £25

We have been using trophies and gifts for quite sometime and have never left a review before, but we thought it about time. We have many items engraved from dog tags to trophies each one of these is expertly done and the choice is excellent too.
