Apart from having fanastic products their customer service is 100%. My delivery went missing and I was sent another order without question after I explained. Next order arrived within a couple of days.

Great delivery time , products always smell amazing and do what’s on the tin.
Ordering is easy.
Love how tropic has pledges and schemes to help the environment and this world countries with schools etc.
Maybe think about adding a “pay in 3” option so people can afford the bigger purchases?

I love the soft bamboo face cloth. It has a very good range of products that come unperfumed if you require.

First time purchase
First time purchase, as i was looking for a natural product that was ethical. The CC cream is fantastic, comes out white but has a gorgeous light tint. The Eyework day and night creams are light and have made a slight difference to the dark circles and wrinkles around the eyes, but the cooling adapter is the best thing about this product. Enjoyed both products have re ordered the refills.
