I pulled up to tropical Café and went to winter garden Maguire on 50 and my host was Jeff. He was very polite. Very nice. Very patient with me since I haven’t been here in years. He recommended a couple things to me and told me what was good and I can say the customer service here was very pleasant, I will return soon 10 out of 10

Went to Tropical Cafe Smoothie off 120th street near Costco. My server was Diego M. He helped me erase items I added on the app by mistake . He was very friendly, polite and professional and had a wonderful smile. Tropical Smoothie is lucky to have such a great representative of their company.

I went to Easton location anbd order açaí bowl and the base was frozen … i had to wait an hour for even to thaw it out ! Employee there are horrible !

Went to the location on Virginia Beach Blvd and was greeted with a personal derogatory attack by Cassandra. Keep your opinions to yourself. So unprofessional. You are a bully. Hire people that are kind.

The worst service ever. We were not greeted by any employees. They turned and looked at my husband and I and turned back to keep talking with each other. Stood there for 5 minutes waiting to have them( 5 employees) to take our order. Ended up leaving and still no one talked to us. Pitiful customer service.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at TROPICAL SMOOTHIE CAFE in college station. After purchasing food and drinks, I was told I couldn’t stay in the lobby because they were “short-staffed.” The ironic part? The place was completely empty, and the employees weren’t even doing anything! If they were actually busy, I would’ve understood, but there was no reason to kick out a paying customer. It felt like they just didn’t want to work. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I won’t be coming back.

Your service is sucks we order smoothie and fruit bowls for lunch but its not even cold anymore then they forgot to send my smoothie. The sweet potato is nasty and like 6 pieces in a small bowl. Thats is a crappy service. Good thing its my first time and I am not planning to waste my money at your store.

It was great. They have great service.

What I think about Tropical Smoothie Cafe as a previous employee who has been terminated without any apparent reason. I just recently started working there a month ago, and I would say it's the most horrible, unprofessional, and toxic job I have had. I received an email after being told to clock out early because business was "Slow," but no, they told me a lie and then proceeded to send me an email saying...

"Despite multiple discussions, your performance has not met franchise standards, particularly with timely service and minimizing distractions. To maintain team efficiency, we are removing you from the schedule permanently, effective immediately."

We wish you well in the future.

And on top of that previous employees they have fired that I know of personally have been fired unfairly and when they would email the management team they would not respond.

Employees at tropical smoothie on Miami blvd are great. Customer service is always amazing very professional.

I did go to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe location at 29486 Woodward which charge almost $2 more for the peanut banana crunch flatbread and the sandwich was very dry and customer service was terrible. Cashier states the rude customer service was from an employee name Michael with no name tag order ID number is 35402813540389

This is the worst customer service I have EVER encountered. This place will NEVER get another dime from me. I have lived in the area for 6 years and frequently order from this location. However today, I was missing a $7.99 sandwich from my order. After getting home, I called to reconcile the issue and was told I need to get a job and stop asking for free food, I was lying, and I could come purchase a sandwich for 50% off. This grown man cut me off and yelled at me for 10 minutes. Never will I ever, standing on it!!!

I usually don’t write reviews. I just had to express how terrible the humus wrap was and I was very hungry too. I could not even eat the whole wrap after a few bite. It was dripping with this watery sauce. The wrap was mushy. Horrible! I wasted $14.00 of hard earned money. I wish I could summit a picture is that mess!

Its a review of '1017 Crossings Blvd, Spring Hill, TN' location. Its worst experience. It is overpriced taste wise its ok.
What pissed me off is that, there were 3 employee in store, I went to pick-up. The boy said whats ur name and order. No greetings, no thanks, nothing. Lady working there asked me to move as she has to set up bar stool properly, that too was in rude voice. very cold staff, they do not seem liking working there.

I was running late for work and I stopped at the Melrose Park location for my free smoothie, Ana was very helpful with my order because I had a free Birthday smoothie but the code didn’t work so she helped me get the smoothie through the app. Thank You Ana for your great service

I was really disappointed with my visit to this smoothie place. I ordered a smoothie that was supposed to include yogurt, but instead, they gave me frozen yogurt chunks and fruit—nothing blended properly. It wasn’t even creamy; it seemed like they just used water instead of actual yogurt! The quality felt so cheap, and it didn’t taste good at all. For the price, I expected much better. Definitely not worth it.

Tropical smoothie on US1 and Edwards drive how can you have a boss there as a manager that's been the prison for fraud credit card fraud burger and dwelling more than $300 using fake IDs how can you have a manager there running a store when he is already been to prison three times for credit card fraud

Tropical Smoothie Cafe on Cardinal Blvd in Louisville, Ky. is the best! I go everyday for my Paradise Point Smoothie. They know me by name and greet me before i get to the counter, all the employees are nice and always smiling. Sometimes, i send my husband or grandkids in to get my smoothie and they just say my name, that's how awesome the staff is. They recognize their customers. Thanks Again, Tiffany

I ordered from the Pineville Louisiana branch. I ordered a green Caesar salad with ranch instead of Caesar dressing and my salad was amazing. It was the best ranch that I have ever tasted. I will definitely be ordering again.

My child works for Tropical Smoothie located at 2236 Delaware Avenue in Buffalo and has worked and has not been paid for his services.His paycheck was deposited in to an unknown account and when we addressed the manager Belinda Acevedo about the issue she said it would be fixed and put into his next pay check, over a month ago. I constantly keep asking her about the issue.The manager continues to give us the run around about the matter, and continues to blame it on the accountant named Sandy. We have been patient on allowing them to resolve the matter however nothing has been resolved.I am highly upset because it has been over a month and he still has yet to be paid. I will be contacting the BBB tomorrow about the matter if I don’t hear from anyone within the next business day. This is so unprofessional and illegal.
