Appears to be a scam company. I have placed an order on 5 September 2025 and the order was not shipped for a week though the site suggests the order are usually shipped within 24hrs or so. When I contacted the support team on 11 September 2025, the support team member (called "Shy") told me the one of the two pairs I bought was out of order. I chose a replacment pair but not heard from the person again. I chased the support team member many times and contacted the Tropicfeel team from thier Insta but no one helped resolve the issue and stopped replying me altogether. If you place an order, bear in mind that, you might get scammed like me. This used to be a reliable site but not anymore it seems. I will have to contact my bank to dispute the transaction.

The shoes themselves are quite nice, although there’s a frustrating lack of consistency — several models in the same size can feel completely different, ranging from extremely tight and narrow to moderately loose.
Unfortunately, the shopping and return experience is by far the worst part. It is overly complicated, with endless hurdles. You’re required to submit multiple photos and provide a written reason for returning the shoes. But given that it’s footwear — where ordering extra sizes to find the right fit is standard practice — it feels unreasonable to have to justify something so obvious. To make matters worse, this very common reason isn’t even included in the drop-down options.

I bought the Tropicfeel Shell backpack for close to £200, expecting a durable and reliable product. Unfortunately, on the very first trip I used it, the sternum strap broke, making the backpack practically unusable.
I contacted customer service, but instead of offering a simple replacement strap or an effective solution, I was asked to provide multiple photos and details. I wasn’t even asking for a full replacement — just a way to fix a basic part. It feels absurd that such an expensive backpack is rendered useless because of one broken strap.
For a premium brand, I expected far better quality and after-sales support. Very disappointing experience.

DIFFICULT TO REVIEW A PRODUCT NEVER RECEIVED.
I placed an order on 15th August for trainers costing over £100. The trainers never arrived - the parcel was lost by the carrier. The fact they had not been delivered was clearly shown on the carrier’s app - but mysteriously changed to delivered after Tropicfeel began to investigate. I have NOT received the trainers; the parcel has NOT been delivered.
Despite contacting the company numerous times they have made refunding my money exceptionally difficult. After a long fight, during which they made my life hell, I had to get PayPal involved.
This company’s customer care is shocking. They simply DO NOT care. Purchase from them at your own risk.

Unfortunately there is no such a minimalist design all black shoes model now. I have chosen all terrain 2 instead. The sizing is different, I probably need to exchange them for the smaller one. They fit not so good too, there is too much space around the heel and ankle. In my delivery sender had given incomplete address so it was delayed, but the company support responded quickly to my email. In fact, I contacted also delivery company and gave them full address so they could deliver my shoes to me. Overall my first experience with jungle shoes was excellent, white dune shoes which I own are quite comfy, with all terrain 2 I need to wait for smaller size. Support team responds quickly and tries to be helpful. Will see what the future brings.

I ordered a backpack on the 18th of August, paid express delivery. After 17 days, where I told the customer service, multiple times, that DPD has not received the parcel yet, they still tell me the parcel is on the move.
Even after providing screenshots of the tracking link where it said the parcel did not reach the courier, their response was to check the tracking link.
I'm very close to ask for a refund.

Product of the shoes were below average and not as described on their website. The back of the of the show was so hard that wearing them for a sustained amount of time would have caused injury to the Achilles. The shoes also had barely any give and even with the laces fully undone, it was a challenge to get my foot in (the size is correct). I went to process a refund because of this and paid for home pick up collection. This was rescheduled 3 times with no apologies. Then instead of a refund, I received the exact same product I had returned. Customer service was not kind or helpful. Explaining that I had request an exchange for the exact same product…i have stated multiple times that I had requested and wanted a refund and no one has been able to support action this for over 3 weeks. I have just received a quote to have the product shipped back for almost half the cost of the shoe which is ridiculous and wildly overpriced. Would not recommend this company.

The advertised return fee of 8EUR is not true.
TropicFeel will deducated a massive 21EUR (totally unexplained) from your final refund.
The website is very clunky for a flashy brand. Very hard to use and actually buy things.
But the real fun starts when you start to return things. You must use the dreaded REVER service which doesn't interact well with TropicFeel's own website. This makes completing returns very disjointed.
Consequently TropicFeel will charge you for each item they refund or you 'exchange'.
Important: note this fee will come from a random company not affiliated to TropicFeel or REVER - so looks to be unauthorized and will be via an payment method you never agreed to i.e. if you paid creditcard, it will be via PayPal. Very sneaky.
The items themselves were pretty shoddy - the kind of backpack you'd see on a market stall. It's all hype and social media, nowhere near worth the hundreds of Euros they charge.

As a customer who has been with Tropicfeel almost since day one, I've enthusiastically watched them grow from a two-model startup to what they are today. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing.
I feel that the quality that initially defined the brand has significantly decreased over the years. This was most evident with my purchase of the Geyser shoes, which were incredibly poor in durability and comfort—nothing like the reliable products I used to buy.
I'm taking a break from the brand for now. I sincerely hope this is just a temporary phase and that they return to their original standards. If they do, I would consider giving them another try in the future.

Absolutely awful experience don't buy!
We've bought from them twice the first time we chalked up to experience where there was a defect they replaced. This was a number of years ago, sadly we fell for the B-Corp marketing and bought a second pair more recently. The customer service is horrific, they take days to get back to you and wont accept returns, we'll he contacting trading standards in the UK as we've spend >£100 on trainers I can't use.

This is a follow up from my post on 21st August . I have still not received the dune sneakers. The courier EVRI has responded saying they can’t find
Them and could be lost and told me to follow up with Tropic feel customer service and the customer service has not responded to me! I want a refund immediately and if they don’t respond I will take action. Appalling customer service… a shame because I like their sneakers

20 days later I am still waiting and all I get from there help@ email is be patient!
