Wanted to place an order using a 20% off promo code that I got by signing up on their website. They sent me two different 20% codes - neither worked. I immediately messaged them on 16 Oct, and got a response asking me to try again. I tried again, same result, and sent them an image/recording of the error message. They then responded 3 days later saying that the promo codes have now expired and they can't "refund the price difference". I didn't however ask for them to do this - I asked them to honour what they previously advertised and give me a 20% off code. With such a lack of care for customers, I'll just not order with them instead. Shame, as I was really keen on getting a few pairs of waterproof sneakers.

I would give 0 stars if possible.
It’s now been over 3 months that I’ve been trying to receive full refund from Tropicfeel. They are a fully incompetent company and I would never recommend purchasing anything from them.

Love Tropicfeel's shoes and backpack! Only reason for a 4 and not a 5 is because the shoes don't last too long before wearing down and holes appearing.

Great shoes! Awesome online experience. From ordering to receiving them took about 1 week. I've known about them for a couple of years, but never purchased. Then I thought I'm travelling so why not purchase some now. I wore them almost every day on my travels. Easy to pack, durable and easy to clean. I love them. Wear them on land or in water not a problem. Will buy more. Thanks again. 😁

I got the wardrobe as a general packing tool (also to fit into my Shell backpack) and it has been really useful! Travelling with a family makes packing efficiently and keeping things organised even more important, and the wardrobe does both - the kids have their shelf, the parents have their shelf, and it's easy to separate out everyone's underwear so everyone finds the right ones in the morning! The compression works well too, although of course the tighter you pack the open wardrobe, the less "give" there is when you compress. The construction is pretty hefty, so it adds a bit of weight to your pack, but for us it has been worth it.

Stay away from this company.. I fell sorry for their products but the customers service is horrible.. basically I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes with them,and to the last one I was having a problem with their system ( he was saying that I was eligible for 10% discount) but when I reached out for checkout I've been charged full amount. I got in touch with them and after 5 days of in and out they replied me cold that I'm not eligible, and end of story. I don't even want to think if I was having bigger problems ( like I ordered the wrong size ) . Just waste of time

Shoe looks very nice, but the fit was terrible. Very tight and hard to get your feet in. Return cost me 12 euros which is ridiculous compared to other vendors. Never again.

I ordered a specific backpack from Tropicfeel, and instead of what I paid for, they sent me a completely different model — cheaper, wrong color, wrong size, just wrong. I contacted their support thinking this would be an easy fix. I was dead wrong.
Not only did they refuse to acknowledge their own mistake, but they had the audacity to ask me to pay for return shipping — for their error. No accountability.
Customer service is a joke. It felt like they didn’t even read my message. They offered store credit instead of a refund — why would I want to shop with a brand that already ripped me off?
What kind of company ships the wrong item, then expects the customer to foot the bill to fix it?
Honestly, I’ve had better experiences with no-name sellers on eBay. At least they care when they mess up. Tropicfeel clearly doesn’t value their customers at all.
Save yourself the frustration. This brand is all hype and zero substance. I won’t be ordering again — and I’ll make sure everyone I know doesn’t either.

Knot does slip of after a couple of uses and Tropicfeel cannot deliver same colour knot. No refund/return possible after a couple of days. Used to love the shoes but the knot problem got far worse and they cannot give a proper solution. Dissatisfied.

Tropicfeel creates intriguing products that fill a real gap in travel gear. Their designs are generally good, and their product variety is steadily improving.
Unfortunately, all of this is undermined by their very poor after-sales service. Every time I have needed support, the experience has been disappointing.
When I requested replacement knot stoppers for my Geyser Litli B. White, it took over two months for them to send any.
When I bought a pair of Dune Sage Khaki with defective insoles, they told me to source replacements myself and promised a $10 refund. After I solved the problem, they simply ghosted me when I asked for the reimbursement.
Most recently, when I needed new knot stoppers for my Dune Sage Khaki, they informed me that only black or white are available. This effectively makes any other color of shoe unusable if you lose the original stopper. And lose them you will.
In short: the products may look good, but once you’ve purchased, you’re entirely on your own.
