I ordered a vest and layer in Khakhi colour in Nov but was sent two of the same vest items wrongly. Ask me to ship back wrong items for replacement and after ship back no answer from support team. After chasing lots,on Dec mentioned not stock of colour and ask me choose another colour. Does it even make sense to wear a vest and layer of different colour. I write to the CEO in LinkedIn but no response. Til now issue not resolve . Without much hope I had ask them to send a different colour but no response. Trusted a brand but I was wrong. Worst customer support and don't have the commitment to fulfil customers requirement.Mylast order with them . I've purchased before but with such poor customer service ,it doesn't make sense to pursue with them.pls beware .

Received email from your support team but still not asking me to go thru the return process again when return items are already received at your side. Furthermore using the old ID , there isn't any option to change the pdt color ? No clear instruction how to process it. Until today not dedicated team member to resolve issue. Chat is using a bot and always end with sending email to support team. Already frustrated in getting a wrong item and now getting more tedious to return back...wow.. the reply from Tropic feel really did not address my issue.

Although some Tropicfeel products I’ve bought have worn out faster than expected, I still remain a loyal customer. I love their branding, design, and especially the functionality — that’s why I’ve already purchased many of their items. Every claim or issue I’ve had was handled in a satisfying and professional way, which shows they truly care about their customers. I absolutely love my Tropicfeel Sunset shoes! They’re incredibly comfortable straight out of the box, stylish enough for city walks and rugged enough for travel adventures. The quality feels premium, and they’re super versatile — I wear them sightseeing all day and they still feel great. Excellent grip, breathable material, and they go with everything in my wardrobe. My Tropicfeel bag which has only been used 3 times has been staining and ruining my clothes. Despite being shy of 1 month out of warranty and my bag good as new the team have refused to fix this issue which is very poor from a company. Photos shared of the newness of the bag as well as branded clothes ruined. I wouldn't part with your money here and shop for a better quality product (and customer service team) with a trusted brand.

Label created to initiate payment but order never sent! Almost a month and still hearing about supposedly carrier delays when the tracking link clearly specify that the order was never even given to the carrier! A pure scam and still waiting to be reimbursed! Fraud claim being filled!

Loved the zenda shoes, comfy, size fits well etc and have had different trainers from company before. However, bought them as thought they were waterproof as says doesnt allow water in! Wore them today to just walk to local shops in average rain shower, I was out less than 30 minutes and my socks are wet underneath and round the front. Nice shoes but they are NOT waterproof.

Sometime ago in September I ordered the Shell backpack (black) from Tropic feel because I was looking for something between 35 to 40 litter. I received the backpack on 9/15/25 I think it was sometime in September. And it's great it has a lot more compartments than any other backpack I've tried I'm surprised they don't sell these backpacks where I live in the US. Today I received my hat and the 5 litter packing Cube also to complete my backpack. I wish that Tropic feel would have a similar store in the US too.

Very poor customer experience and extortionate return fees.
I knew about the £8+ shipping to return an item but then found £4+ logistics fee added on when I processed my return. No mention in their policy of this additional 'service fee' making it deceitful.
I had to pay £13.18 to return what coster £70. Queried with customer service who replied to say would look into it. and then ignored me. Only to hear a few days later asking to rate how happy I was with the customer service I had received (and that was from an actual rep not a bot).
Very cynical and anti-customer oriented approach to charge so much for internet purchases when there's a high probability that at item ordered in good faith may not be suitable and needs to be returned.
And I had only 5 days from receipt of item to return it! Who does that??
I won't purchase from Tropicfeel again. Wish I'd read all the reviews before purchasing.

I ordered the shell backpack for a week-long trip to Germany and it is the only luggage that I took. Since then, this backpack has been my go-to travel bag. There are so many pockets and I LOVE that it's expandable. It's so versatile - it can be my small weekend bag or a bag large enough for a week long trip.

Water botle broke after 2 days of use. cork bonding failed and its not usable anymore. Shoes heel part is done very diffrently than in normal shoes. i bought all terrain 2 shoes. the heel doesnt stay in. that will for sure make blisters. both products completely fail. And i didnt even use the shoes. just becouse i dont have the exact same box. i will have NOTHING back on their fully failed products. This will stop me from buying online from companys i dont really know.. Completely wasted over 100 euros... Just soooooo annoying.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I placed an order on 28th November and was told it would arrive within 6–7 business days. The tracking hasn’t updated since 5th December, and the parcel clearly isn’t moving. When I reached out to customer support, I received a generic message assuring me it would be delivered by 10th December, but that date has passed and nothing has arrived.
What’s worse is that I’ve had no proper support or explanation, despite contacting them multiple times. I feel like I’ve been left completely in the dark with no updates, no apology, and no urgency to resolve the issue. This was meant to be a Christmas present for my boyfriend, who specifically had this brand on his wishlist, so the poor service has been especially disappointing.
After looking at previous reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who has experienced this kind of issue, which makes it even more frustrating to see the same problems happening again to other customers.
I hope the company takes this seriously and improves how they communicate, handle delays, and support their customers.

I've been following the brand since their very first backpack and owe multiple accessories - backpack, shoes, packing cube, also recommended it to a lot of my friends, but it seems to be going downhill. I've ordered two pairs of zip-off pants in two sizes (as there is no physical store in where I live I assumed it's obvious I could easily try them on and return if they don't fit). Sadly pants were not comfortable at all, I could feel the zip all the time and wasn't happy with the fit, I decided to return. And here the real scam starts - first, to find the return page you need dig dip, it's not easily linked in your order email or anywhere else, then they try to push you a stupid gift card instead of doing a normal return (that's not how you win customers, I'm gonna buy more of your products if I'm happy with my process, not if you give me a gift card). At the end turns out I have to pay a 15 euro return fee (it's not delivery cost) unless I decide to choose a gift card over a full return. This is such a dark pattern and a practice that truly feels like a scam. I don't think I'll order something again knowing that I can't easily return (and I can't physically see it in store either).
My shell backpack is really nice, but I'd only recommend to order if you're 100% sure you're gonna keep the product or get prepared for losing some money.

I have bought this brand before and been pleased. However, my latest purchase has been a nightmare. Paid £97 pounds for shoes that didn’t arrive. Despite daily emails to the customer service the situation never resolved itself as all they are interested in is investigating this with their delivery company EVRI. I ended up claiming back through my credit card. I read on TrustPilot another customer has had a similar experience.

I love my shoes from Tropicfeel. I travel a lot through south-east Asia and those shoes are just was I was looking for a very long time already: Comfy with lots of space for my feet, stylish, light weighted, easy to clean (machine), suitable for multi-terrain surfaces and -weathers :D Amazing! 100% recommendation.
After 10 months+ of wearing them, they still look very good!

Communication is clear. Didn’t have the chance to review the product because my order was cancelled due to out of stock, which was only notified one month later. Rather disappointed that the push during the promotion was a good deal. I guess there is problem fulfilling the demands. Full refund is on the way.

Super fast website with all informations about the products and when to use it, I am super indecisive so having this sort of information is magnificent.

Shoes are as described, very lightweight and warm(didn’t expect it) the fabric seems technical and the fact they are without lace to tie is amazing.
Bought the AT Hdry white, amazing. Next purchase the backpack for sure.

Dunes are my all time favourite shoes, I have used them to extreme lengths. From Swimming in the ocean, cliff jumping, trekking and hiking. They are strong easy breathing and very comfy.
I had an issue with my shoes, I reached out to Tropicfeel with pictures and evidence. They sent me a new pair of no cost and did not take back the older one.
I am very happy with my shoes and I will be shopping more often from Tropicfeel

I bought two pairs of ProTravel Zip-off Pants. After the very first wash, one pair shrunk by 4 cm, even though I followed the care symbols on the label exactly (including low-temperature tumble drying, which is explicitly allowed).
Tropicfeel rejected my claim, referring to “not recommended” care instructions published only on their website — which contradict the official symbols printed on the garment itself.
When I escalated the case to the European Consumer Centre, Tropicfeel ignored their official requests twice, without providing any response at all.
My experience:
– a brand that refuses to take responsibility for its own mistake,
– misleading care information,
– unwillingness to communicate,
– no respect for consumer rights.
