I own quite a few products by Tropicfeel these are my experiences:
- Backpacks are well designed and have thoughtful features
- The roller bag is well designed but degenerates fast, the durability of the product is low
-The waterproof shoes are a disaster. Absolutely waterunproof after limited use over 1,5 years. Very disappointing is the fact, that Tropicfeel does not see this as a fault in their products and does not apply warranty. Apparently their membranes are consumable after 1,5 years of limited (not extensive!) use. For a shoe that costs above 100€ that does not compare to other outdoor brands like Solomon etc.
- The water friendly shoes are great, no issues and very nice, comfortable and packable.
-The NS40 Jacket is very limited water repellent. The material of the base layer is not very comfortable and feels very much like wearing a plastic bag. The vest is awesome.
-NS60 Jacket overall very nice, limited water resistant. For my feeling it does not go down to 0 degrees but that is very subjective.
-Packing cubes are well designed but rather heavy
-Wardrobe is a good idea but too heavy for my traveling.
Lastly the customer service has declined a lot in quality over the last two years. Qualitative feedback takes several rounds. I think a lot might be autogenerated, but that is an assumption.

Very positive experience: high-quality products and fast customer service. I had ordered a pair of shoes and the NS60 jacket, but the former were too wide and the latter too tight. In just a few days they completed the whole process (from receiving the return to shipping the new package), and the replacement parcel arrived almost immediately. Excellent service.

I own almost all of their backpacks, 2-3 models of shoes, and bag accessories, and I'm thrilled with them!
Their design and functionality make them a go-to brand for my purchases, and finding a brand that's both functional and stylish is nearly impossible these days.

Ordered there Zenda Kalamata Green in a size 12. They aren’t a standard size 12, which hasn’t been an issue before when ordering size 12’s. Then the kicker is it costs £4.41 to send back a pair of shoes that aren’t the correct size. I’d avoid them in future.

I cannot review the product quality because my order hasn't arrived after 12 days—it's lost.
The main problem is that Tropicfeel uses EVRI (formerly Hermes), one of the worst couriers known for losing parcels and terrible service. If I had known this, I wouldn't have ordered.
Tropicfeel's customer service is disappointing. They are communicative but completely unhelpful with the lost shipment. They tell me to wait or ask me to fill out forms, despite the fact that they shipped it with EVRI and should be resolving it with the courier.
I loved the brand, but their customer service is failing. They prioritize an internal investigation over sending me the product I paid for. Avoid until they change their courier and improve their problem-solving skills.

I just ordered my 5th pair of sneakers from Tropicfeel! And this time I got my spouse a pair too. I've had different models throughout the years, but I think Canyon is my favorite, due to their versatility - I'm able to bring them as my only pair for a short trip, as they go with most of my outfits and activities. They are all super comfortable and durable, and I love that they are sustainable.

Terrible service. I requested a replacement backpack strap because the Waterproof Daypack broken. I contacted the support, I had to send three times the photo, then they forced me to ship the backpack back instead of sending me the replacement (was cheaper and faster for everyone), but now the model/color I bought it's sold out and I've to get another color and pay 40€ for shipping (almost same price of the backpack value). So basically now I just lost the money I paid for the backpack because it seems impossible to find a solution. Very pity as I was one of the crowdfunding buyers.
Btw: if Tropicfeel answer to this reviews: don't ask me to contact you, I already sent too many emails since weeks.
Update: after the publication of this review I magically got a new coupon with free shipping and the backpack appeared in the store again, so I could order it. Good we solved, but pity I had to waste so much time and write this review to get what I had to receive from the beginning.

Very disappointed in the quality and fit! Only wore them 4 times and wouldn't want to wear them for long. I made a poor choice for these to replace another pair of Tropicfeel shoes I liked but they were falling apart at every seam. Tried to have these replaced and was offered nothing by customer service other than they appreciated my feedback. Supported them from the beginning with several purchases but the quality obviously is falling. They have lost me as a loyal customer forever as I will shop elsewhere for replacements.

My order arrived really fast, less then a week, there was a small problem from DHL side on the delivery but Topicfeel re-arranged it to a pick-up point. The reply form the helpservice was really fast. My backpack looks great

I have messaged numerous times now but Tropicfeel doesn’t get back to me.
I first had an ‘out for delivery’ email from Evri a week ago. We waited in but the package didn’t arrive. It’s been the same every day since then. I think the package is lost.
We got a 2 hour delivery window on Friday so I finally thought it would be delivered but I got another email saying the slot had changed and then 2 minutes later another email saying that the driver couldn’t deliver that day. No one knocked at the door.
The order has taken so long to arrive we are now no longer at that address. What do we do now that no one will be at that address to receive delivery?
The order has shown tracking as ‘out for delivery’ for 5 days in a row. We can’t keep waiting in like this. I can’t believe companies are still using Evri for deliveries. They are so terrible it is beyond belief.
I have now lost patience. I paid nearly £200 for 2 items which have not arrived, are well outside the stated delivery window and were needed for work last week. Tropicfeel have sent a couple of generic replies which explain and solve nothing and now they are not replying at all. I wouldn’t order from this company until they cut ties with Evri

They are the worst kinda of company I have dealt with. Their products don't work as shown; they don't refund the money. That being said, the products are not CHEAP. You buy something that's 100 dollars and you get nothing back!

Bought the AT X Drizzle sneakers and after six months of light occasional wear, they end up with holes next to the stitches. They look really good, but their quality and durability is very poor. I lost trust in the brand and won't be buying from them again.
