Quick delivery, and great hammock, I went with the Columbian hammock, I have a Brazilian hammock from another company, I was buying another the same, but they don’t ship to the uk any more, so I found Tropilex, I also have a Mexican hammock, that may be off Tropilex, but the new Columbian is my new favourite, it just feels so soft and comfy to be in, like the Mexican open weave style but more comfy. (The Mexican is my summer bed, the Brazilian was my winter bed) I think the new hammock is going to be used year round.

Dpd messed up the delivery
Dpd messed up the delivery. Apparently, that's the customer's fault. I dont think you should expect your customers to take responsibility for the failure of your business partners. My contract is with you and not dpd.
I don't recommend this company.

Beautiful and comfy experience
The hammock is beautiful and comfy. There was trouble with the shipment (the shipping company lost the package). Tropilex was super helpful and resolved the issue fast!

I went to a retreat weekend and …
I went to a retreat weekend and loved the hammocks, so I wrote down the brand. I ordered one on the next Monday when I got home. While thinking about a way of hanging it in my garden, I got a 20 euro off offer on a travel hammock, hanging system included. So now I have a 'normal' one and a travel one. Love them both! And the hanging system for trees is super easy and nature-friendly.

I previously wrote a review and only gave them one star as my parcel was damaged and pieces missing, they did respond quickly and sent out rather parts but still something was missing so once again they did respond quickly and sent out the missing parts.
The actual hammock is lovely and very well made. The stand again is very well made and sturdy. So I would buy from them again but dropped a couple of stars for not receiving what was missing and having to wait until I could use it.

Hammock and missing parts
I bought a stand alone hammock from them and when it arrived the box was damaged and there were a lot of missing parts to be able to put it together. I tried phoning several times but you are unable to get through to them so I don’t understand why they use that number as a way to contact them. I sent an email and they were very good and said they would send out the missing parts immediately, I waited another week and received the parcel yesterday. Today I go to erect the hammock and they still haven’t sent all the missing parts. I had sent clear photos of what I’d received so they could clearly see what was missing, surely this is a basic task. I am very disappointed and annoyed. At the moment I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company. I am as yet unable to comment on the finished product, I hope when I can eventually put it together that I can then make it a more positive review.

Missing parts

These things can happen, however does customer services actually exist? Zero answer of the tens of phone calls to the telephone line. No response to emails sent. I have an over £400 partially supplied hammock sat in the hallway with no means for a return, refund or get the missing parts. Buy from a reputable UK company instead when you won’t be left with a very expensive mistake.

Oder arrived wrong, impossible to contact
Ordered 4 Largo bean bags, only 1 box arrived in terrible condition and when I opened the box it was just the inside of a bean bag. I've sent 3 emails, no reply, and every time I call it hangs up after 30 seconds. I just want someone to help me fix this order.
