Tropilex delivered my package to nowhere
Tropilex failed to give my correct address to the delivery company so my expensive package was delivered to an address that doesn't even exist and no people gave me information apart from asking me to wait for an investigation I got no report about.
No refund or new item has been offered at all just ignorance when I got clear evidence of the mistake.

You have given DPD a drop down authorization. Therefore a signature for receipt is not necessary. This encourages fraud or stealing.
According to DPD, the package was delivered correctly. Photo + GPS coordinate is there as proof.
We have instructed DPD to start an extra investigation. This will take some time, but apparently you don't want to wait for that. Because in the meantime you have had a chargeback performed by your credit card company. With many extra costs for us as a result. There is nothing more we can do for you.

Very sturdy and top quality. Although it is a bit tricky to align the screw for the uprights so don’t do it in the rain!
