Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Tried to order through a third party but delivery is direct from Tropilex who were unable to ship to my (new build) postcode and failed to tell me twice leaving me waiting two weeks and then cancelled the order. I tried to order direct and they decided it was ok to ship it to a pickup location 5 miles away (without telling me) which I couldn't have got to as I have no transport. I finally found another third party who veey helpfully managed to ship it to me.

Have bought single hammock frame and…
Have bought single hammock frame and black hammock, which I love and gave a excellent review. Decided to order a orange happy/lazy hammock for my single frame. My first order was not delivered and I got a full refund. So I had to re-order. On receiving item I discover hammock is too big. Total length 350cm.
It is not obvious on your site this is not a single hammock. It’s on your site under single hammocks. You can purchase it as a package with the frame but I already have a frame. It should be obvious in your description it’s not suitable for single frames you sell. What do I do now.
Problem solved in a matter of minutes by Tropilex. Excellent customer service
