I had such a fantastic experience visiting Trotter Jewellery! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was absolutely lovely. The whole team was so welcoming, attentive, and incredibly patient with me – especially as I kept changing my mind so many times! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
A special thank you to H, who was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. H really took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt completely happy with my choice. I never felt rushed, and their genuine care and expertise really stood out.
Everyone there was great – friendly, professional, and really passionate about what they do. I couldn’t recommend Trotter Jewellery enough for anyone looking for excellent service and a wonderful shopping experience!

Absolutely buzzing with my experience at Trotters Jewellers. Walked in just to browse, walked out with a Rolex Submariner that looked like it came straight from James Bond’s wrist.
From the moment I stepped in, the lads were welcoming, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. They knew their watches inside out — gave me the full rundown on the movement, history, and even the investment potential of the model I was eyeing. Felt like I was in safe hands the entire time.
The vibe in the shop is unmatched — proper East End energy, luxury but real. The watch itself? Immaculate condition, came boxed with papers, and honestly looks brand new. They even threw in a complimentary polish and resized it on the spot while I waited.
Massive shoutout to the team — made me feel like family. If you’re after a serious timepiece with no messing about, Trotters is the spot.
Will 100% be back when I’m ready for the next one.

I have been looking for a watch for a few months now and didn’t just want to go with anyone as it’s a lot of money to risk. But I was recommended to buy a Rolex from trotters. From a few people and my boyfriend he got his Cartier watch a few years back . So I went on the site chosen my watch and ordered it. Soon as I made the purchase I had a phone call from trotters saying they would post on the Tuesday and I would receive it on the Wednesday before 1pm if that was convenient for me. Which is was. And as they said I received my watch on the Wednesday around 10.30ish. No problems, no damage. Extremely happy with the watch I chosen.would definitely purchase again from this store. Thanks
