I ordered what was meant to be an Ozzy Osbourne Christmas elf, the thing that arrived bore no resemblance to Ozzy Osbourne, it was just a random man in black. When I tried to look at the website I got a 403 Forbidden error, which apparently means I'm blocked.
Update - I found an email address and sent them a "not happy" email, they replied to say I could get 20% off my next purchase. Safe to offer, there won't be a next purchase.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! AI-generated pic does not match what was sent. When I reached out to customer service, the most they could refund was 30%. Terrible company, and judging from the other reviews, very deceitful.
I also bought 3 Ozzy Osbourn elves as joke presents for friends. They are rubbish and don’t look like the item in the adverts.
Do not buy from this site, I also bought the so called ozzy doll, but when it arrived it was more like a pin cushion with a car boot dolls head stuck on. A total rip off stay well clear!!! 1 star is being generous as I can give any lower.
