Kundenservice und Organisation existieren nicht!

Kundenservice und Organisation ist ein Witz. Bestellung abgegeben nach 1-2 Tagen bzw. am 11.03.2025 per Email von TRU bestätigt.

Dann kommt ein Email dass Bestellung ist zur UPS abgegeben und unterwegs zu mir am 14.03.2025.

Fast 10 Tage danach und noch nichts geliefert.
Bei UPS Lieferung folgen kommt folgendes Nachricht: UPS doesn’t have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package.
Laut dieses Nachricht meine Bestellung ist noch nicht zu UPS abgegeben!!!

2 extra Emails geschickt und keine Antwort. Nach zweite Email gestern Abend, heute habe ich ein Nachricht von UPS dass meine Bestellung ist unterwegs! Von Firma TRU noch keine Antwort. Für 4 Paar Socken die kosten 200 Euros Mann erwartet viel viel mehr!!!
