Ordered the item for a lot of money took 3 weeks with a slight damaged corner. then being harassed to pay import tax of £60 quid by fed ex so not happy at all .

I paid the duty and returned the lights, so now out of pocket for the price of the lights and the duty. These companies should put on the advert that duty will be an extra cost.
I never received the lights.
FedEx said they were subject to a shipping charge, that I refuse to pay for as it was half the price of the lights. So I told them to return to sender.
Tried to get my money back through PayPal, but no luck. Emailed company but no answer.
Company in either Greece or turkey. Dodgy in my opinion.

Since Brexit, all orders shipped outside the UK are subject to VAT and import duties. Our prices for UK customers are shown net (VAT excluded) as clearly stated in our Shipping Policy.
You can avoid these charges by purchasing through one of our resellers based in Northern Ireland (for example, Commercial Vehicle Lights).
We apologise for the inconvenience — as the parcel was shipped from Greece and entered customs, it can only be returned once duties are paid. We are fully based in Greece and produce all our products here.
