Poorly engineered BAKflip G2 rails
I purchased a BAKflip G2. I'll give them a five star for price and customer service as they were very good about sending me a part that was missing from the order. However, the rails for the cover are poorly engineered. It was impossible to get the rail to be level as it always tilted down regardless of how the clamps were adjusted. If you examine the rails, it has a small wedge shaped foam piece which fits against the inside of the truck bed. The foam piece is thicker at the top than at the bottom. This causes the rail to tilt down when tightened to the side of the bed. The foam wedge needs to go in the opposite direction. Much wider than currently supplied at the bottom and thinner at the top. I added a foam piece I made to the rails (thicker at bottom) and reinstalled the rails. Perfectly level !!! So BAKflip gets a 1 star for the design. Once installed it was an exact fit lengthwise.and looked like it will seal well against rain.

Order the FAS topper tonneau /…
Order the FAS topper tonneau / softopper combo from you guys. The product seems to be too narrow and not fitting well on my bedrails, when I deploy my topper the bedrails bow inward due to them hanging roughly 1" beyond the end of the bedrail and not sitting flush. Ive tried reaching out but not recieved any answers from support. My solution thus far has been extra washers and different mounting clamps to bring the tonneau track more inline with the bedrail. Currently the product still bows inward but much less. Hopefully someone sees this and reaches out. Cheers

À big like is the rack. Highly recommend this product! I've now mounted the Wild Top onto my truck. Mounted easily, fit perfectly! Looks and functions great. Makes me want to buy another truck, just so I can purchase another Wild Top.
