Unreliable
Contracted to have my RV hauled by Monday, February 3. Was told would be picked up on Friday, January 31. Then told was delayed until Saturday. Then told Sunday. No reply when a no-show on Sunday. Lost two days wages ($1300) for which I will be sending a bill.

They had wonderful communication with us the entire time. They picked my trailer up when they said they would and delivered it in perfect shape on time. Even in winter weather. Driver was polite and even backed in my driveway for me. Can’t say enough good things about my experience.

Mitch and his team were amazing. My wife and I own a business as well so we know how important customer service can be. I can honestly say that they were a pleasure to work with from the very first time I called to the moment they dropped off our RV. Mitch was very kind, friendly, and extremely accommodating. He listened to every concern I had and I walked me through the entire process. He even made some minor repairs to my RV free of charge during the move. We will be using them again for sure and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality company to trust with your important long hauls. If I could give a higher rating I would.
