One thing I would suggest is to have the delivery guy take pics of the cargo when picking it up, that way we can compare what was picked up to what was delivered. The IAA auto auction in New Mexico sold me a camping trailer with a spare tire but it was delivered without the spare. Of course the crooks at the auction took it but customers who don’t know about the crooks could blame the delivering company. Pics would help avoid issues and potential bad reviews.

We are super thankful to have found TruckIt365! My husband and I last minute posted a request to ship our tiny house and we were immediately contacted by a driver named Mitchell Keller. Mitchell, from the start, was professional and communicative in his emails. He took the time to make sure he had answered all of our questions and concerns before the towing date. The day of the towing we were beyond impressed with the level of service Mitchell performed. He is knowledgeable and has a great deal of patience. Despite the tiny house unexpectedly taking all day to remove from its location, Mitchell helped us through the entire process. He went way beyond what was required and asked for nothing in return. He assured us 100% of the time that everything was going to work out fine. It sure did! Despite leaving later from the pickup location, he still managed to deliver our tiny house on time and helped us with the set up. He even drove us to a hardware store to pick up the tools we needed! We are forever grateful to TruckIt365’s top employee Mitchell and his kindness in helping us with our new home.

We had Truckit365 move a 30' tiny home for about 250 miles. The professionalism, and skill set that their driver displayed was top notch. They helped us back the home into a difficult spot and the driver Nate was very calm, cool, and collected throughout the entire delivery. Had a few delays with delivery scheduling which is expected but more importantly, my boat made the long journey from Portland Oregon to Ohio (2500 miles) unharmed.

TruckIt365 picked up an 8x20ft enclosed cargo trailer in Castle Rock, CO, and expertly delivered it to our farm in Oklahoma. They provided insurance during the drive, and Mitch kept in touch by email and text all the way. Very professional delivery service, did a walk-about afterwards with us to guarantee everything was in working order. You can trust these people!

I never in my life shipped anything other than a small package at the post office. Wasnt sure what I was doing but when I contacted Truck It 365 they called my seller, they called me, they were a day delayed due to my tire blowing but they changed it out for me. Top notch. Thanks!

Found out about Truck It through research on Google and am glad I did.

My encounter with their dispatch from the beginning was awesome. We had some issues agreeing on a date for pick up, however, it worked out better for my schedule in the end.

I purchased a 8x28 trailer and had it towed over 1000 miles. When it arrived there was no damage, they staged it right where it needed to be and their driver was professional the entire time. I will recommend and use them again.

Long story short I’m from Boulder Colorado but reside in Santa Cruz Cali but could not get the time off from work. TruckIt365 was fair priced and parked my trailer where I asked them.

Truck It 365 was overall a positive experience. My trailer showed up in good condition no damage from the 1,700 mile trip. The driver washed my trailer before delivering it which I was not expecting—just extra brownie points!! I will recommend them to anyone needing professional shipping services.

Definitely the best option for transporting my trailer from Denver. I did not want to go over the Rocky Mountains while its snowing. Exceptional customer service, and kept me updated all of the time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for professional transport services.
