A 'No Win, No Fee' agreement, otherwise known as a ‘conditional fee’ agreement, is an arrangement between you (the client) and your solicitor when making a legal claim. OUT FOR MONEY NOT CLIENTS, INSURANCE A CON!
They kept on & on to make me take out insurance I never needed. From start they had proof they needed that council were liable but still they wanted me to take insurance had so many sign me but still they kept on.
Now case won I've lost 40% of money was due so now can't afford to do like carpets, curtains, furniture sadly.
They made an agreement without telling me even though spoke to them 3 times ( they wouldn't call so I had to ) yet none of 'file handlers' told me they had done it.
PLEASE AVOID THESE AS JUST WANT YOUR MONEY NOT GIVING A DAM ABOUT WHAT YOUR DEALING WITH!

Thank you for your feedback. As you know we have since spoken to you to explain, once again, why it was necessary for you to have legal expenses insurance.
To clarify, our charge to you for representing you and ensuring that the required repairs to your home are carried out by your landlord as well as recovering compensation for you, was 25% of the compensation you received. The legal expenses insurance policy was important because it ensured that you would have nothing to pay even if you lost your case at court. The cost of the policy was modest and was only payable if your won your case and received compensation.
Your case is ongoing because your landlord has not yet carried out the agreed repairs and we will continue to act for you on a no win/no fee basis until those repairs have been completed satisfactorily.

Extremely helpful getting a claim…
Extremely helpful getting a claim against my housing association to pay compensation for the length of time that they have taken to make repairs to my house after reporting repairs for over 4 years.
Repairs are getting done when deadlines are given but still ongoing, I’ll be glad when repairs are completed.
