True Classic customer service is phenomenal. I never received a shipping confirmation email and they took care of me and kept me updated on my order. The shirts are super soft. I ordered a size too small for my husband but my sons loved them. I’ll be placing another new order.

I would like to start by congratulating True Classic for having the easiest and most efficient order fulfilment processes I’ve experienced. I placed the order on at around 9:00pm Wednesday evening, and the T-shirts were delivered at 2:45pm on Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, the T-shirts I ordered were too large. The t-shirts seem to run on the larger size. I followed the exchange process (which took less than a minute and could not have easier) and request replacement items rather than a refund.
I instantly received an email from True Classic providing a new order # and confirmation the replacement T-shirts were being shipped. There was no need to send the t-shirts back and I received the smaller size t-shirts in less than 36 hours. I ordered items from another company recently and the sizing was way off... I threw the shirts in the charity bin because the returns process was too hard and not worth my time.
However, my experience purchasing from True Classic was extremely easy and efficient, and the returns process was the best I have experience.... (and I buy everything online!).

They accidentally sent me 1 wrong item in a 6 pack of items that I ordered. When I brought this to their attention instead of asking me to ship item in error back to them which most companies seem to do they immediately sent out the correct item. I have been a long time customer and their customer service is top notch I would recommend them happily to anyone. Their shirts have the best fit and feel out of any of the other shirts I have purchased so thank you for your excellent service and support!!

I received my order with incorrect size. Since my ordered the final sale item, I couldn't use official website's return/exchange page to exchange for the correct size. Once I wrote to their support, I was pleasantly surprised that my email expressing the issue with wrong size was responded within an hour, and a order of correct sizing was ready to ship within the same day. What a good custom services!! Bravo..

great quality material topped with great customer service, I ordered the wrong size and didn't recognize it was a final sale so I emailed customer service to let them know, as a buisness owner myself I appreciated that they replied the next day and gave me credit back so I can reorder the right one, very efficient and very customer oriented, right away I signed up for the yearly membership and will be a customer for a long time, thank you

I've ordered from True Classic a few times already, the t-shirts are a great fit and good quality. Additionally customer service is excellent; once a t-shirt had a tear on a seam not long after purchase and it was replaced immediately with no questions asked and more recently we received the wrong color and again they sent a new one asap without requiring us to return the wrong one. This kind of service is why we keep coming back.

I own about 10 of there T shirts, and they fit great. I have a Fit dad bod shape. Big shoulders and arms with a little bit of belly. I was going to try another company little less expensive save some money. Then i saw a random video with a kid who has cancer. What they did for him and getting John Cena to help with his Make-A-Wish. That is a class act business. You have it, no looking elsewhere.

Recently I made my first purchase with True Classics. I’m 6’2” and 210lbs thinking I needed a size xl in their classic crew neck T-shirts. Unfortunately the fit was too big and the purchase I made was a closeout special, “all sales final.” True Classics customer service was amazing and allowed me to exchange for size large. It was a great experience working with true classics customer service and I’m excited to receive my new shirts.

Have bought True Classic for Short and Long Sleeve and really like them both. Im a bit of an in between size which is awkward and I live in Western Australia.
