I originally returned some polos that I did not like the way they fit and exchanged them with some other polos that didn't fit the way I liked either. When I went to return them it said not exchangeable. I contacted customer service and within an hour they helped me out and now I ordered some shirts that I know fit and I like.

Overall good experience

I had a great expereince with True Classic's customer service. Not only did they respond to my concern quickly, but they also responded on the weekend. I was truly surprised by the speed at which I got a reply and the level of content, information and professionalisim was more than I hoped for. It has been a pleasure interacting with this brand on every level-- from product to customer support.

My only regret buying from True Classic is not ordering more and not knowing what took me so long to start shopping with them. Their products are fantastic - they’re well-made and look and feel great! Somehow their customer support is even better.

Order from anyone but these clowns. They offer store credit when you purchase something. Then I purchase and they tell me I’m imagining the store credit and a bunch of other excuses. I then give them screenshot showing proof and they cancel my order. It’s a big scam hoping you won’t use the credit. BEWARE!

Current clothes, credit customer service

Martin was wonderful and kind! He helped me find new pants and I ended up taking his 3 get one free deal. Promote him to CEO right now because I’ll be shopping here from now on!

Their communication is horrible- I never received shipping confirmation for my order, I contacted them directly for an update, and after having to argue with an ai chatbot and never getting a human being I was left with “sometimes things take longer.” A week later I get an email saying it was delivered, and it never was. Im not convinced this company isnt just another instagram scam.

We visited a True Classic store for the first time at the Houston Galleria store. Damir was super helpful and very personable. Will definitely visit a store again

True Classic is hard to beat on price. The athletic line is where they really shine — I’ve put those tees through plenty of washes/wears and they still look and feel great, no fading, no stretching out.
The base line is a different story. The colors fade faster than I’d expect, and after a few washes they start looking worn before their time. Not a dealbreaker for lounging around or casual errands, but I wouldn’t rely on them for anything you want to look sharp in.

I still wear everything I’ve bought and have zero regrets. Just set your expectations right — these are solid everyday tees, not your going-out shirts. If you’re building out your basics drawer, True Classic delivers. Probably not ideal for date-night.

True Classic clothing is comfortable, high quality and look great! I have purchased from them multiple times and have always been very happy with their shirts.

Their customer service team is also top notch. I had written to them regarding one of my orders and to my pleasant surprise they resolved it within minutes of me emailing them at 10:00pm at night (EST). I was very impressed with how immediate they were in handling this!

I made a mistake on size. Sent email and it was resolved before order shipped. My grandson has several of their tees. They stay true to size, color, and shape after numerous washings.

Fantastic excellent service

The shirts I received were of excellent quality and my wife loved how I looked in them. I wanted to go a size up in one of them, a white shirt that I ordered a size too small in. So I started the return process to go a size up.

After a bit of not seeing progress on the return process I emailed the True Classic team asking about the return status. They were very friendly and helpful. USPS was taking a bit to return the shirt but the True Classic team saw that it was on the way so decided to expedite the process. I got the size up replacement shortly after and am very happy with it. The True Classic team also checked in with me to ensure my satisfaction.
