This website is a gem for finding good deals on watches. I have purchased a Rolex and an AP from this site in the last few years. They also post great information on their blog, the Loupe, which keeps me up to date regarding the industry.

Great site, excellent customer service. Fast shipping and high quality products!!!! I bought a ring and TrueFacet sent it to San Diego using overnight shipping. The ring is even more beautiful than in the website! Highly recommended!!!

True facet delivery was fast easy and the quality of jewelry I got was great even brought it to a jeweler locally who said it was better than the stuff that they had in their display case at half the cost

On 4/21/2023, I purchased a watch from Truefacet for $19,025.04. I decided that I did not want that watch so I canceled that order and purchased a different watch from them instead for the price of $24,652.80. TrueFacet sent me an email that the refund was issued on April 27 and that the refund was processed back to my card which was my ATM directly attached to my checking account. After 4 or 5 days, the money still was not in my account, so I contacted the company support asking what the issue was. On Monday 5/8, I received the following reply, "after checking with the bank, our accounting department has notified us that due to the upgrade of our payment gateway method, the transaction was declined into your original account. They will be sending you a check tomorrow for the amount of $19,025.04." On Wednesday 5/10 I still had not received word from them that my refund will be sent. I contacted their customer support again and was told to be patient the money was refunded to my account. Since they just told me they couldn't refund the money directly to my account, I knew they were giving me a run around. I was then told on May 12th that the check would be sent to me on 5/15. When the check was not sent out that day, they promised it would go out with another order I placed on 5/18. I received that order on 5/19 and no check. I contacted them and they apologized for not sending the check with my order and promised it would be send on 5/22. I just got another email from them stating “Our accounting department has notified us that there was an error in the check and wrong amount was added on it. We are writing a new check for you and getting it signed by our Manager. Unfortunately, a close person of the Manager passed away today due to which he is not currently available in the office. We would highly request you to wait this week for the check to be ready”. It has been a month since I was promised this refund and I keep getting excuse after excuse for them not to give me my money back. Not the way a legitimate business operates.

I had a sticky situation with a Rolex I ordered. The CEO Raj and his team to the rescue. Thank you Raj and the TrueFact team. This is my second watch from you. More to come!

Customer service and shipping are absolutely terrible. I ordered a watch on April 4th, 2023 and it was guaranteed on the website it will be shipped out within a week. After a week of no updates, I emailed customer service and they replied that it will take longer than a week but will ship soon. It is now April 18th with no further updates on when my watch will be shipped out. At this point, I emailed customer service and followed the instructions on the website to initiate a refund. However, there is no response or any confirmation that a refund will be issued. TrueFacet basically has taken my money.

I also called their customer service line at least 10 times. THEY NEVER PICK UP THEIR PHONE AND WILL MAKE YOU WAIT 15 MINUTES AND AUTOMATICALLY HANG UP ON YOU AND TELL YOU TO EMAIL THEM. I have even tried calling them when they open at 10 am.

HOW DO I GET A RESPONSE IF THEY DO NOT PICK UP THEIR PHONES NOR RESPOND TO THEIR EMAILS?!

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Great luxury watch store. I bought over 5 luxury watches from Truefacet the last 2 years over the $10k price point and each watch checked out and super clean and as advertised. They update me on shipping, availability and answer all questions to the best of their ability. I just bought an AP recently from them and will continue to buy here!

Bought a never worn Cartier love bracelet from them which took over a month to get. The bracelet was over 16 years old and had been sent for polishing at least once. Sent it back to them and they accused me of scratching the bracelet. They said they would get a brand new one or issue a refund, but nether happened so I had to have my CC company reverse the charges. Customer service was challenging to get a hold of throughout the experience. I bought once from them before but never again.

The level of professionalism, attention to detail & quickness to serve is unmatched. I’ve purchased time pieces from other websites in the past, but TF is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. The pictures on the website do no justice. I purchased the Rolex DayDate and the pictures looked nice online. Didn't receive the item until 3 weeks after placing the order. Also had to contact customer service multiple times due to item not being shipped on promised shipping dates. Was satisfied with the product after finally receiving the item.
