SCAMMERS! I won a prize on Easter Sunday, today, from Wilko on Facebook and was asked to put in details repeatedly. Customer service took to this rubbish site and just kept asking me to put my details in repeatedly. I have been scammed and I'm warning everyone online. Thats a lot of people. Be warned, I've got the hump with this site.

Truth is i m not yet refunded but still i can say that they contacted me by themselves ( i didnt think they would) to make my refund possible and let me know they are here to make the customers satisfied, which i respect and appreciate. its simple as that :)

After an endless discussion with truefashion support team I got a real answer from chat team for the first time. The support truefashion.site is hopless, the same standard text is always sent which does not lead to the goal and only goes round in circles.

I had a wonder experience when I contacted this company for help Marshall the agent I spoke to was very helpful and sorted my problem out quickly and put my mind at rest.

I had a mistake made with signing up for some shipping costs that I thought I was paying. I then realised that I had accidentally been signed up for a monthly subscription which was not what I expected to be doing. However I have contacted the support team and spoke to around man called Max. Max has been brilliant and he helped me with this mistake and he was able to arrangefir a refund that he didn't have to do and was verry friendly and put me at ease as I am disabled and I was panicking. He put me at ease and has reassured me that everything has been put right. Thank you Max please make sure everyone checks what they are signing and check again. I was lucky to get such a nice helpful young man who went out of his was to help me. Thank you Max.
