It was very easy to figure out my size and choose a bra. I ordered two for a low price and even got a free panty! The bras arrived very fast, in 3 days. The bras themselves are very comfortable, however, I think maybe a little big for me. I will be exchanging them, and it looks like their exchange process is pretty easy. I do want to buy more once I get the right size.

Seamless service on the website. Great product, fast shipping. I expected my stuff to take longer to arrive but I was pleasantly surprised. I was hesitant to buy a bra online since I'm hard to fit and picky, but I gotta say I'm thrilled with the fit. Will order again!

Fit inconsistent
I love the bras, they are so comfortable. Got a couple of different styles, one of which didn't have the same fit and was actually too big for me.
Would buy again though!

Disappointed
I used the size guide provided, but the bra I ordered isn't the right size for me. The cups are too small and I have overflow all around and I will need to send back... very disappointing 😞

No actual person for customer service just an AI bot.
I had placed an order and noticed an error and i was not able to cancel my order so I could reorder my order correctly. I had to talk to an AI bot and got nowhere. Apparently they ship in seconds from when you order according to the bot?
So I had to wait for my order to arrive and then exchange my entire order. Very disappointing not to be able to talk or even chat with a live customer service person.
So waiting now on my exchange and hoping I will love what I got.
The customer service could have been much better.

Fantastic return/exchange policy! I ordered a M, but ended up needing a S, and the exchange was super-easy and free. They even said I did not need to return the original purchase--that I should donate it or give it to a friend. They make it really easy and effective to find your size and fit this way. I will purchase from them again.

Extreme delivery delay
Nothing wrong with items , failure of service due to extreme delay on delivery. Order placed 12/9, shipped out 12/10, delivered 12/30, 20 days in the US. Items not needed anymore at the time of delivery due to delay.
Appreciate store update that they are working on return and refund of order that was delivered with extreme delay. As note: they are working on this for over a week now. Nobody read my messages, I am simply asking for prepaid shipping label multiple times, receive only generic auto response with compete ignorance of my request. Absolutely horrible customer support, I could not believe that simple return when failure to deliver at normally expected time would be that complicated and time consuming, a such waist of my time.
Finally, after 10 days of daily communication with store, they actually provided return shipping label and charged ME $6.00 return fee. It is just ridiculous, it took +20 days for order to be delivered after it was shipped, it arrived too late I didn't need it anymore, communicated about delay multiple times. Then to return it took another 10+ days to get the label and after all complete failure of service and horrible customer service, they made me to pay return fee. Reporting to BBB.

Customer service was helpful
It took a while to receive my items and customer service was quick to respond and very helpful. The bras are more comfortable, look better under clothes and lift better than my previous bras.
