I had to order 2 different sizes to figure out which size would be best for me. Although I had to return the size I first thought would've fit, I found a size larger was very comfortable and worth the trouble.

My order arrived very quickly and the bra is so comfortable!! I LOVE THAT THERE ARE NO HOOKS IN THE BACK. I will say the band does roll up on me a bit but I also think that is just my body style that causes that. It is still a super comfortable bra and I will most likely order more.

You sent the wrong items to me. I ordered Truekind Wash Bag and a Delicate Bra Saver.
You all sent two white Bra Extender.

I have to say that I like the product, it’s well made and comfortable .
That said, I have to mention to be vigilant with the « special offer » or « on sale price ». It’s in US $ first, which turns into Canadian $ while shopping, which is fine. But at the end, the Canadian amount ended up charged in US $. ( 80$ CAN became 80$ US which ends up at a final price of 130$). Plus before checking out, you have to decline multiple offers that can be tricky.

I placed an order for 2 bras, hated them and returned them. I was not notified that I was being put on a subscription charging me $5 a month to get free shipping on future orders.

Very dishonest company

First of all, I thought I only ordered one bra and I was charged for three and got three. It was a sneaky checkout second of all the bra gives me a Uni boob and these kind of sites. I don’t even know how to return or get my money back. I’m so disappointed in the whole experience if I could give a zero star, I would.

Scammy upgrades, lies about exchanges and sales.

I love the truekind bras and undies. They’re breathable and extremely comfortable. The bras fit perfectly and are great to wear everyday for long hours. The undies are seamless so they’re perfect for daily wear. I love the different colors and patterns they offer.

Really impressed with the quality of products, customer service, return policy and fast shipping. I would recommend and buy again.

I ordered the wrong sizes (100% my fault). I quickly began the exchange process. That was March 13. Since then Ive been given false information, excuses of delays from shippers (no, its because they didn't even START my exchange until I threatened to dispute the charge with my credit card company), and outright lied to about tl2hat I could expect (told 24 to 48 hours 6 days before the threat). Haven't even tried the bras, but I will NEVER work with this company again because of their incredible dishonesty in how their customer service and exchange program works.

I have no complaints about the ordering process, notifications and delivery. I am still trying to decide if I like the product.

I ordered 3. Same model but different sizes as I am between large and xl. The bands and straps
are comfortable. My complaint is that over the course of an hour of regular activity, both breasts have merged into a single shelf. There is no cleavage. Of the 4 different brands trialed, this is the brand Iike most, but I am still unsure if I will keep them.

Update 4/13/26 I am happy to report all my reoccurring charges were refunded.

Bra was ok. However, I have received reoccurring charges for a membership! For buying a bra!! I tried to go through them and login to cancel but unable to easily. Disputed charges twice and my card is finally going to contact their bank to get it cancelled .

Received bra in acceptable timeframe, was excited to try it …. Put it on and it was supportive; but it was so itchy, I couldn’t stand it. I was hoping the inside of the bra was made out of a soft cotton. I think what is making it itch is the way the cup is sewn into the bra (?) I don’t think washing it is going to help, but I’m going to give it a try anyway.

The original order that I placed was lost in transit. It was difficult to get a response back from a real person. I finally received an email with choices of next steps. I chose to have my order reprocessed due to really loving the one Truekind bra that I had. I did receive the reprocessed order within a couple of weeks. It was not an easy process, but I do love the product.

I bought two bras and they are super comfortable.They don't leave any red marks.And they keep me from falling out.

Very comfortable for a wireless bra. Decend nipple covering. No real lift but going to try a smaller size

I ordered the wrong size, submitted a return and exchange was extremely simple. So far very impressed

so far good fit and fits like it should. Will see how it holds up from washing. I do wish there was a size 44 in a b cup.

I love these bras. After going with a different brand, I have come back to Truekind. Ahhhhhmazing.

Fortunately, I received my package in a timely manner. I bought the "Everyday Comfort Jelly Bra". This bra is very comfortable, which I love...I just wish it lifted the girls more. I am a 38DD and I bought the XL. It fit everything; fit my bust, my underbust, my torso, and my shoulders; it just left me very saggy. Comfortable! But not lifting enough. I will only be able to wear this while lounging.
