The worst company I have ever dealt with. You cannot reach a human and you have to deal with the AI to create a support ticket. They say they will respond within 24 hours and do not respond at all. I want my money back and will pursue it legally if this ticket down finally get a response.

The most comfortable bras! They provide amazing support and shape. I have been wearing them since I was a 38G and i always felt supported I would recommend them to anyone

Love how these bras fit but the return policy is not the best.

The products are very good, but the return/exchange process is difficult as their portal does not offer all the necessary options. They do respond to emails about the return/exchange process but it takes a very long time to work through the process, especially for a return for a store creidt.

While the bras did not fit me, the material was very well made. Customer service was great as I was able to process a free return and receive a refund quickly.

Overall, I am very satisfied with these bras. I own 3 so far. The first two are the standard style, not very attractive, but as far as comfort goes thay are amazing. I just recently purchased one of the sweetheart front ones, and while it is not quite as comfortable as the others (the straps are not as comfy), it is very attractive and can be worn showing or not.

I'm preparing for spine surgery so was looking for front closure bras to support my recovery. The TrueKind front closure bra looked like a good possibility so I ordered 2. First problem is the order process -- like others, I experienced the aggressive up-selling that occurs when an attempt is made to place an order. I immediately realized that I had been signed up for a membership I didn't want and an additional 2 bra "deal" which I also didn't want -- I thought I was confirming the order I was placing, not ordering additional bras. I immediately tried to cancel the order, but could only chat with an AI bot and not a human. The bot let me know that I couldn't cancel the order but could return the bras when they arrived. This quickly became a nightmare. I did end up with a responsive customer service agent for a little while, but that has also dried up and she has become unresponsive. I'm sitting here with 4 bras that don't fit and that I don't want, out $130, and going into a major surgery on Monday. The bras appear to be of good quality but they don't fit and I don't want them. I'm submitting trouble tickets every day with no response. My advice is to stay away from this company -- shady business practices and unresponsive customer service lead to unneeded stress and loss of money!

This is my first time ordering Truekind bralette.It arrived with the cup inserts folded and hard to straighten. The size i and fit is perfecr.I love the free gift of mesh bag to wash it in.
Definitely will purchase again.

Love the supportive comfort bra. I had ordered the wrong size and contacted customer support online. They quickly sent return procedures and then promptly sent the corrected size. Wore it all day in comfort!

I really like the bras. This is my 2nd time ordering. Great marketing sending a free panty to try, I am ordering a bundle package. Only suggestion for improvement would be a better tracking system for shipping.

Most comfortable brand of bras I've found. I absolutely need the extenders and am so happy I can buy extras for when I lose them. I'm still inbetween cup sizes as with all bras of various brands. An XL has spillage and a XXL has gapping. Order process was quick and easy. Shipping took less time to arrive than anticipated.

I have shopped with them 3 times. Two of the three times I had issues. I recieved what I thought was my package. It had to labels on it. Eventually got my packag after I sent it back and had to wait longer. Bras are great though. They fit so well and hold everything up.

The bra I ordered was very comfortable and fits well. It looks exactly like the picture. It arrived faster than I thought it would, a bonus. Would order again!

It was my first time hearing about this brand and I looked up reviews on all sites including this one. The reviews were quite mixed, so I didn’t feel too confident making a purchase. However, I kept seeing ads and the positive reviews which convinced me to give it a try. I used their size guide to measure for my size, and I have to say these are one of the best fitting bras I’ve purchased. I bought two different styles and have worn them each for a full day. No digging into shoulders or back pain! I don’t necessarily see the shaping effect that was advertised, but I’m happy that I feel quite supported without any discomfort.

I ordered two sets of bras, both are Truekind® Supportive Comfort Wireless Shaping Bra. The first order got here really fast. I love the comfort and support of them. The second order hasn't gotten here yet, but it is set to come soon. I've bought this same type in the past and got Medium, this time around I got small as I'm getting older and seem to be even smaller in that area. I bought the first of them in 2021 and they have held up great. They've all been through the washer many times (I use a lingerie bag) and I lay them out to dry. I am very happy with them.

For the first bra I ordered - bra straps were not as comfortable as the advertisement claimed. However, they offered easy and free return and exchanged it for a better more comfortable bra. I feel like I was not even shown this “upgraded” bra originally and when trying to exchange, I was not provided with any options other than the one “upgrade”. It could completely be user error in not knowing how to navigate the site from my phone but I sort of feel like the options are limited until you buy and then you get a catalog with shopping options I never even knew were available… the new bra fits and feels great.

Customer service is deplorable. Easy returns- what a joke. I sent 2 bras back for an exchange and after 2 mos trying to say they never got them. So , out of my money, no bras. I will NEVER buy from there again. What a horrible experience. And I didn’t think they were any more special than the Soma bras I use daily.
