For my very first order from Truekind, I had several negative interactions with customer service. First, I paid for expedited shipping. Per my conversation with the United States Postal Service, my package was shipped at the standard shipping rate. Customer service made it challenging for me to recieve a refund for expedited shipping. Next, my package was lost in transit. Again, customer service made it extremely challenging for me to recieve a refund to my original form of payment. My refunds took countless interactions with customer service over a period of several weeks. That shopping experience was my first and last attempt to purchase from Truekind. I will never purchase from the company again and have advised women who I know not to purchase from them. Customers want to interact with competent human beings, not chat bots. Also, customer service needs to show kindness towards customers. Otherwise, we won't make a future purchase.

Love these bras. Sooo glad they made a cotton bralette. Just what I needed.

I love the bra. I have only purchased the Daily Comfort Wireless Shaper Bra. I used to wear the underwire bras, since buying this bra I haven't worn any other bra. The bra has lasted and stood up over 6 months. It is comfortable and supportive. I am not one to show too much cleavage. I used to wear a tank top under shirts to help with that. With this bra I no longer need the tank top. The bra has so many benefits.

Delivery came quickly. The bras are so comfy. I usually have issues with straps pressing on my shoulders and these bras do not!

I bought a couple bras and they were too small so I had to return them. The return process was easy and I reordered some larger ones just waiting to receive them. I have several of the bras and I just love them I just wish they had a little more support for the bigger breasted women.

Let be the bras, they lasted about a year of frequent wearing and i bought them for my daughter too. Comfy!

I am very happy with the True Kind Bra. It is extremely comfortable and fits very well. I have lost quite a bit of weight and had trouble finding a bra that fit properly and comfortably. I decided to give the True Kind Bra a try based on the fact that it sizes based upon a Small, Medium, Large range versus actual cup sizes.

To be honest I was reluctant to order. I have order bras online with little success and recently spent to much time in store trying on various styles and sizes with no success. The great news is I'm very happy with my purchases. I ordered a strapless bra and look forward to having options now when I buy clothes. Other bra is so comfortable. I have already ordered two more in different colors. I am interested to see how the hold up over time and washes.

This was literally the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I made my order but accidentally clicked on one of their pop ups apparently so a bra set was added to my cart that cost and addition $53.00 I immediately called to have them fix this and they said they couldn’t. I asked for a refund it was given 3 days later but I was charged $6.00 for a “return fee”. I wanted so bad for them to just cancel my order with in 3 min. Of me making it and they said it could not be done.

The ordering process is confusing and distracting. They throw a lot of click-bait offers at you last minute, and make finding the "no thanks" difficult to find. Then if you click on one you have no opportunity to review your purchase. They just charge you. They also tell you the order may take a while to show up, but if you immediately contact customer service, they will tell you they cannot adjust your order.

I've heard good things about their products, but their policies for dealing with customers are not good.

Truekind bras fit great and last well. I have a number of their bras and I like that they are wireless (or at least the ones I have are) but also supportive. I wear them under my outfits for work but I also wear them when I exercise. I like the Daily Comfort one the best (I have 4 of these!). Initially I found the sizing a little hard but I've not had an issue requesting an exchange for a new size. The website is easy to use, shipping is fast and returns/exchanges are easy, too.

I am a plus size individual. It is hard to find underwear and bras that are comfortable. I love true kinds shaper bras, other bras made me boobies look saggy and a uni boob. Now my breast are perked up and I have two. The cotton underwear just wow.

Do not order from this company! They claim to provide an invoice number via confirmation of purchase via email, then claim not to have any record of purchase. No invoice number means no return is possible. It has taken assistance from PayPal to move forward on this issue.

Unless you want to spend hours disputing your claim, it is best to purchase from a valid vendor. This one isn't it.

I loved how fast the bras were delivered and at a great price. The band was comfortable and I feel like I could definitely wear it all day. I’m not in love with the cups as they still pucker. A smaller size would make the band too tight so maybe this style just isn’t the perfect fit for me. I’ll try another after I return the first two I tried. Easy enough!

So far, SO GOOD! First of all, the website is very intuitive for the user and that is extremely important across the board. I had no trouble, figuring out the sizes with the chart that was on each product products page! Ordering was very easy, coupons were applied accordingly, and billing and payment was very clear. I received the bras quickly so shipping is five stars as well.

Now for the products, I am very pleased with the bra style I ordered. The material was soft, and the seams were all well sewn. I was pleased with the fit because the bra did exactly what was described on the product page.

I went onto order a backup support bra for my daughter and two strapless bras for myself since the first shipment was so successful.

great product with really fast delivery - Loved love the new bra - fits perfectly and is the most comfortable one I have ever worn in 50 years.

Shopping and checkout were easy, but the bra materials aren’t a bit still and uncomfortable. Definitely don’t end the day “without even knowing you’re wearing a bra” - the interior support layer should be similar material to the outer which is nice a soft and smoothing. Won’t be keeping these, sadly.

The customer service is outstanding! As soon as my return package was scanned in by USPS my replacement order was shipped! I literally received my replacement bras within two days of returning them! The bras were way too small - boobs out of the top, sides and bottom- so I moved up a size to XL. Much better fit still a little on the hollow upper top part but I have old boobs so they’re not going to fill the cups anyway. And the cups close over the top of the breast so you can’t tell that they aren’t full. The bra feels supportive and not uncomfortable - as I have it on the tightest setting and it’s still a little loose. Holds the side boob in check. I like the adjustable shoulder straps being up near the top - almost seems like they were intentionally made backwards to help with reaching them for adjustments. The little flap of material over the top isn’t necessary as I find myself messing with it throughout the day when it rides up. I may just cut it off.

I absolutely love these! I’ve spent soooo much money buying others and truekind hands down is the best for quality and price!

The strapless bras are great. They are very comfortable and easy to put on. I only have the total use of one hand due to an injury so to be able to put on a bra on my own is wonderful. The speedy delivery was great, too.
