I had an issue with a product from True Lumens. When I was getting ready to install the walkway lights adjacent to my driveway I noticed that I was missing a stake for the posts to be set into the ground. I sent an email to the Company requesting a replacement. Within 90 minutes on a Saturday I received a response from Freddy, the founder of the Company, advising that a replacement would be shipped to me without charge. The service and support was fantastic.

True Lumens was recommended to me by a good friend who said if I wanted the very best in outdoor solar lighting to visit True Lumens website. I followed that advice nearly 3 months ago and was so pleased with the quality of their products that I have reordered several more times. In addition, True Lumens customer service is second to none.

I highly recommend anyone shopping for the best in outdoor solar lighting to visit their website as you won’t be disappointed.

They have disconnected their phone number. They do not respond to e-mails??? Expect them to file Chapter 11 next!!!

I purchased several hundred dollars worth of items from them. The original date of getting the items has passed while the items have not even shipped. There is no customer service phone number and they aren’t responding to any of the email inquiries.

Hello - we have ordered the Pro-Line Bollard Lights twice as we have really enjoyed them. A set we "recently" ordered stopped working and True Lumens was kind enough to send a new set. Unfortunately the set we have at another location also stopped working. On both occasions when I wrote to inquire about replacement of these sets, True Lumens Customer Service replied saying that they had a very small batch that did not perform as expected, and on both occasions, the lights were replaced AT NO CHARGE!! You can bet that I will be ordering more lights from True Lumens when needed!

I sent a message to support as I have been having issues with the ground anchors for my SolaFlame lights breaking and I could not find any replacements on line. My request was responded to within a couple of working days. Although there are no replacements True Lumens found an alternate solution and sent them out immediately. This is excellent customer service for an excellent product. I would definitely recommend them.

These are the most amazing outdoor solar lights we have ever had! They are our iron fencing surrounding our inground swimming pool and having these lights shine on the water in the dark is so beautiful, love them

Love my solar lights. I had a problem with one of the lights and True Lumens immediately replaced it.

I bought 4 version 2 solar bollard lights over 3 years ago and they worked well. I bought 2 new version 3 lights less than 3 months ago and they do not stay lit through the night.

I contacted True Lumens and my choice was return them or pay $50 more for version 4. They admitted that there are defective batteries in my new lights. The cost of the lights has more than doubled in the last 3 years, which is crazy. They would not budge with just giving me 2 new lights.

I found their Chinese supplier and will be buying more lights direct for $18 each. Don't pay their wildly inflated prices and suffer with their poor warranty service.

True Lumens provides GREAT products. But, as with any company, occasionally something can go wrong. No worries! The problem is fixed quickly and with a smile. I will buy from them in the future!!!

Bought 20 lights based on review and was very disappointed. While it looks good when they are on, the ability for the battery to receive adequate charge is nowhere close to be as advertised. I have mixture of old and new solar lights on my yard, this type of lights are always the first one to go out at night. Even after a sunny day in Texas , lights will be out before 1am. It's below par to the run of the mill solar from Amazon that only cost a fraction of this...
Also, I put a generous 2 star review on their website and they never show it. Now I know why all reviews are 5 stars.

lights work great

Lights work great on the 100lm all night + motion detection. Now that we have sunny days and shorter nights. We set them to just motion detection during winter. Kind of expected that especially when there was little or no sun for several days in a row. Installation was assembled as it gets screw to wall or deck and done!

I purchased 8 sets of solar pathway lights from True Lumens. The lights are well made and provide a very nice light. Shipping was very fast and accurate.

Recently I reported to TrueLumens that one of the four bollard lamps stopping working. Unprompted, I was offered and sent a replacement. The product is the highest quality solar light I’ve come across and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend them.

I have had the Pro-Line Bollard Lights for just over year now and I could not be happier in how that have been working. I have experienced other solar lights that fail more so than jnot and they also do not stay on for very long in the evening. The Pro-Line Bollard Lights are outstanding. They light up at dusk and stay on until sunrise. They have a feature in which they are bright for several hours and then dim down to maybe half which allows them to stay on all night long. These are the best solar path lights I’ve seen. I would definitely purchase again if I needed more.

I was doing some research for quality solar lights for our backyard project. I kept coming back to True Lumens because no other solar lights came close to the quality and luminosity of this brand. At first, I thought the lights were too good to be true, but I ordered them anyway. My husband and I were thrilled with the results! The instructions said to fully charge the lights for 3 days. We had to check them out after 1 day and we couldn't believe the light they gave off before they were fully charged. I can't leave this glowing review without mentioning the outstanding customer service. We had a small issue with 1 light and they immediately followed up with an email letting us know a replacement was on the way! We will be True Lumen customers for life and we are telling all of our neighbors about this company!

I bought four solar-powered fixtures for dusk-to-dawn use as step lights. Delivery was timely as was tech support’s response to my questions. It has been cloudy ever since I received the fixtures so the initial charge took a couple of days longer than was to be expected in direct sunlight, but installation was easy, and controls and operation were clear. It was exciting to see the lights come on automatically as soon as it got dark - and they stayed until dawn’s early light! I will definitely come back to True Lumens and recommend their products to friends.

Quality of the products I ordered are excellent. When I wasn't sure how they installed (I thought I had too few parts), they immediately responded with photos showing how the lights assemble. It was very easy. I have one with a slight mechanical flaw and they are sending me new parts to remediate. All good!

True Lumens sent our lights on schedule, they arrived earlier than promised and were made of high quality materials. Also, they even processed a partial return quickly after we realized that we ordered too many.
