Was really a great experience with this eSIM provider

Was really a great experience with this eSIM provider. Robby ( from tech support) via what’s app was really patient in helping me set up this eSIM and I was able to hook onto a really fast roaming partner network in Malaysia. Besides being competitive in their pricing, it is the roaming connection that was brilliant.

Truely an enjoyable, well priced, and easy experience.

I found Truely when my esim with a different provider didn't work because I'd forgotten to move my esim from an old phone to a new phone before I left on holiday. I couldn't move the esim because I needed my old phone with me, and it was at home in another country. Trying to get a refund with the other provider was a major headache, having to write 7+ times. Anyway, I found Truely online, and it was a breeze dealing with them. Plus they had a great plan which allowed me to use the one plan for a few different countries - China, Malaysia, Vietnam (plus more though I didn't need those). Later I referred a friend to join Truely - it turned out she didn't get to use it as her plans changed, and the refund was effortless and prompt. Overally, very happy with Truely, and will be using again for future travels.

Friendly human connection

I contacted Truely for a refund of an eSIM top-up that had not been activated. It was great to connect with a human instead of automatic replies. The person I spoke with was very friendly and helpful.

At first I was having trouble getting the eSIM to activate on my phone and I sent an email for help (my first time purchasing an eSIM). I was instantly responded to and was assisted very easily with help from Andy and Ari. I was up and running in no time. I would 100% purchase and eSIM from Truely again for future travels.

GREAT customer service

Signing up was a bit difficult for me, but the 24/7 contact service through WhatsApp was fantastic! They were straight to the point, and helped me every step of the way. Any question I had, they answered and I felt valued as a customer. Excited to use this ESIM and write an update on my experience.

Product & services satisfaction!

I enjoyed fully the experience offered with “truely.com” eSIM card Sept.4-15 incl. for European countries. I used successfully and easily the eSIM card in Spain, France & Italy. I used the info chat via WhatsApp to get support periodically & the service was rapid & courteous. I had to augment my number of GB to cover the period & the addition was done smoothly too. Compared to another provider I experienced before, “Truely” has been great!

Really fast internet - no multiple download.

Really fast internet and actually cheaper. Tried Truely after spotty, slow connection with other company. Have now used it in 5 different countries and coverage has been seamless. It’s also much less hassle than the other company, bc it’s one install and then just choose a new plan or top-up. The other provider I had to keep installing new eSIMs and the whole process is confusing.

I love this e-sim solution

I love this e-sim solution. It works seamlessly and the best part: I don’t need to keep installing new e-sims like I have had to keep doing with other solutions. You just install the one esim and use your account to buy data bundles for the various regions or countries you travel to. The data bundles are also well priced and the coverage excellent.

Best data roaming solution out there so far

The smoothest delivery, installation and activation of an e-sim I’ve experienced so far - and I have had plenty. What impressed me the most, outside of the lower overal cost than anything else I’ve tried, is the much higher local bandwidth / speeds compared to roaming with either of my regular telco sims (AT&T USA, SingTel Singapore and AIS Thailand.) Im sold on Truely.
