I have used 3 different eSIM options over the past few years, but my new favorite is Truely. Great pricing, super simple app, and easiest configuration. My trip was in the USA.

I used Truely in Kuala Lumpur, and it was amazing. I was connected to the local network right after i landed and had great service throughout my stay; was able to check my data usage too, which is something I don’t usually get from other provider. Looking forward to use Truely again, since they have the switchless eSim.

I've always had a terrible experience travelling with eSIM. But Truely is truly mindblowing, works very seamless, fast, and cheap!!!

Amazing to have perfect connection at all times with Truely. I travel a lot for work and not having to purchase and switch between multiple esims is ideal. For the past few months I’ve purchased bundles for Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and the Netherlands, as well as combination bundles for South East Asia and Europe. The switch from one bundle to the other was flawlessly (and automatically) done upon touch down in another country. I will definitely keep using Truely’s esim long term and 100% recommend it to anyone!

Truely made it easy to compare packages, buy an eSIM and eventually order + activate. I historically do not enjoy the eSIM user experience but Truely made it straight forward. Will continue using.

1st-time purchase Truely eSIM, easy to purchase, no hassle signing up, quick and fast. eSIM downloading is seamless, and activation to the network is swift, too. I will use Truely for my next travel, both for business and leisure. Speedtest is excellent and on 5G.

I recently used the Truely eSIM while traveling through Amsterdam, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

It was an absolute game-changer. The SAME eSIM worked flawlessly in each location (they have a proprietary technology called Switchless) that automatically connected me to the best local networks without the hassle of changing my eSIM and all the phone settings that come with doing so.

For a digital nomad like me, the ability to use local IP addresses/networks in each country was a huge advantage. It allowed me to access region-specific services seamlessly, get low latency for video calls, making remote work much easier.

Their customer support also stood out. Every time I had a question or needed help, their team was available online and quick to respond, being extremely helpful.

Both customer care responded quickly and diligently helped in the on boarding and once set up was complete switching countries was no problem topping up neither without ever changing or buying another Sim card.

I was looking for esim cover while travelling to USA and found truely service online.
I did not know my phone (Samsung 10 ) was uncompatable and purchased the esim in Dublin . I Contacted the company and they offered to connect me to another device or full refund. The communications was second to non. Highly recommended. Regards

I used Truely while I was in Greece for summer holiday. First time using it as recommended by a friend. Normally I would just roam my local number. I am happy I used Truely instead because it is much faster, and has a wider connection. Somehow even when I was on the islands or mountains I still have line. I always had line. Highly recommended. Truely Esim has been a life saver during our summer holiday, they have the flexibility of having different packages in every country. The wifi coverage within the 3 countries we have visited ( Uk,spain,dubai) has been very strong and fast. The customer service is very knowledgeable and quick to respond, shout out to Azzhara who guide me

Bought an e sim for Kazachstan. Didn't work initially because of a setting mistake, luckily the WhatsApp helpdesk helped me out quickly!

The service is excellent; they are helpful, and I changed my e-card. It had not activated in the right region, so they changed the data to one in the right area, and it immediately worked. Now, the interested persons are using! Thank you very much, Bayu!

I had issues with setting up the eSIM at first, but the customer service was amazing. They replied quickly and took their time to fix my issue, going through all the options possible, while still being patient and kind. I'm really grateful!

Truely customer service was excellent, I had trouble figuring out where my eSIM was installed and how to use. Arimas explained everything to me and made it very easy. I’m not very good with Technology.
