Excellent and professional medics, friendly and reliable. Simply got on with the job well and brilliant with the kids, which was needed whilst I was busy organising other people and activities on the days. Would 100% recommend them to anyone, and will be using their services again.

Not helpful with workbooks
Course was alright and trainers were nice but not helpful at all when it comes to the workbooks with very minimal feedback that contradicts itself making it near impossible to pass

Im really sorry that you feel like this, I have spoken to the trainer that you have been dealing with and I can see that there is clear communication between you both with guidance given.
Qualsafe set out a clear trainers guide to marking the books and you have highlighted that its near impossible to pass however, we have not had a single student fail the FREC 4 programme due to the strict marking before submission.
I can also see that you have been invited to see the trainer in person that was declined as you are not available so if this is something that you feel will be helpful then this can be arranged at a different time either in person or via Zoom/Teams meeting for further support and assistance.
We really do have our students best interests at heart and we want you to achieve your full potential and happy to work with you and support you to make this possible.
If you want to make arrangements then please feel free to contact us as I haven't heard anything from you until I see this and I feel its a little unfair that I wasn't given the opportunity to address this before writing this review.
