I had acidentally requested ongoign subscription (not intended to do so). I wrote to the trueplay to cancel. They not only promtly cancelled but agreed to Refund as well Thanks Kevin

Scam unauthorised subscription service you can't cancel.

Scammers who sign you up to a subscription service you didn't ask for. I thought I was signing up for a warranty on a product via a QR code and was told I'd taken out a subscription, which I cancelled straight away but they then emailed a couple of days later to say the subscription had been renewed! There seems to be no way to cancel the subscription on their website, despite there being an option for it - it doesn't work!

This is a scam

This is a scam. I thought I was signing up for a print service in Officeworks. I have cancelled but this won't happen for 14 days and they now want to charge me €68.50 for the next cycle of subscription. I have frozen my credit card but don't know if this will stop them Fingers crossed!
