I recently had an issue where I needed a cancelation of my membership and a refund as I had signed up in error. Daisy dealt with my issue extremely quickly and at all times I received an email regarding my query promptly and the matter was resolved 100 percent to my satisfaction in record time. I am very grateful to Daisy and the Trueplayer team for their efficient dealing with my query.
