Non-responsive, no follow-through

I bought, and received, a hoodie sweatshirt, in reasonable time. It didn't fit properly, and I'm not getting a response to my email requesting to refund the item. I'm probably going to go through my bank to get the refund.

Worth the wait?

I'm going to give this company an honest review. Before you buy anything, understand this is a chinese company. Shipping is going to be slow and quality could differ. I bought a jacket from them, and it took roughly 1.5 months for it to arrive. There was very little if any communication with the company, and it took quite a long time for it to actually ship. It finally arrived today and I will say it is a very nice jacket. Very comfortable, a ton of pockets, and it fit well. I typically wear an XL in tshirts and other jackets, and their XL fit great. Yes I understand the frustrated people with little to no communication, but it finally arrived and I am happy with the product!

On the other hand, we are sad to learn that it took over a month for your package to arrive and that the communication from our side was poor. Indeed, due to the high demand for the product and the holiday season, we've had quite a few issues when it comes to correspondence with the customers and shipping. Fortunately, we have found better transport solutions, and we expect to see improvements soon.

Last but not least, we would like to clarify that we are an international company, and we have representative offices throughout the world, mainly in Europe, where most of our customers live.

Buyers beware

Buyers beware. I placed an order with this company November 27, 2022. They immediately contacted me and said they received the order and the payment was being processed. A couple of days later they informed me that my order was sent to their warehouse. By the middle of December I had not heard anything from the company so I tried to contact them through their customer service online. When I entered the order number and the email address I received a message saying that they had no record of my email address or the order number. I was confused because they had been sending me promotional emails just about everyday since I placed an order with them. I had to Google a customer service number to get in touch with them. I was on hold over a hour. The customer service representative informed me that my item was delayed because they were in the UK and were having shipping problems, but my item had been shipped. They provided me with a tracking number which the representative gave me verbally over the phone and she also emailed the tracking number. When I entered the tracking number, it appeared that my item had shipped and would be here by December 22, 2022. As the date became closer The tracking information said that the item was supposed to be delivered to a local distribution center in my area. I had a sense of relief because I thought my item was going to be delivered. However, when I received an email from the company, saying my item was delivered I was surprised, so I checked on the tracking and saw it was supposedly delivered to a entirely different address than mine, in a different state! When I checked the tracking status, the whole status was completely different, it showed that my item was shipped from China. The customer service rep told me that it shipped from the UK. At that point I felt that I was scammed. I immediately contacted my bank and gave them the order and all the tracking information that I had. My bank did investigation of my claims it took them a while, but I was able to receive a refund in January 2023. I feel that this company is not as it appears.

100000% this business is a scam

Never shipped my item that i ordered a s a Christmas present then refused to refund my money or ship my order!

They only shipped it after I disputed it with my CC company, which was a month after I ordered it, and refused to cancel my order or refund my money. Now I'm a girl stuck with 3 x $100 men's sweatshirts.

They said 10-14 days to ship my item was shipped almost 30 days later! This is a scam do not spend any money on their site! I'm convinced I never would have even received my order if I didnt put in the dispute, looking like they tried to take my money and not provide service!

Still constantly emailing me to buy more stuff but never responds to my requests of refund! "Call center" line is just a recorded message/ nobody to talk to and here we are 40 days later nobody responded to my chat requests on their site!

I can see here that you placed two orders with us, and one of your orders was delivered earlier to you. It's just that some of the items from that order were not available yet at the time, as we did not anticipate the sudden increase in demand for our product.

As explained by one of our Customer Support agents to you via email, in order to optimize our shipping process, we have decided to send out the items directly from the warehouses where we have them available. We worry that collecting all products in one place before sending them out would result in you having to wait even longer for everything to arrive. This is why some of your items arrived later than others.

As for why your request for refund was not acknowledged, this is because once we have processed an order, we are no longer able to cancel it. However, once you have received the products and decide that you still want a refund, we can definitely assist you with the return process.

Their ads are persuasive but you will never get to enjoy any of the products. VISA and other secure payment orgs should ban their use by this company.

100% CHINESE SCAMMERS AVOID

100% CHINESE SCAMMERS AVOID! My partner ordered a hoodie for a Christmas present in early December for me which arrived in mid-January. It looked nothing like the photo, cheap and tacky and the size was massive it could have fitted an elephant. Never respond to emails, tried chatting via their website as soon as I mentioned 'refund' they just do not respond or pretended they will close the chat despite replying. Now going through my bank to claim back.

Patiently Awaiting Delivery

I ordered my Bearskin tactical hoodie 2 on Dec. 25, 2022 and I'm still waiting for a tracking #....After contacting customer service a number of times and being told they would expedite the process a week ago, I still haven't heard anything.
I'm hoping to receive my hoodie before beach season.

Don't buy from this company

Don't buy from this company! It took over 3 months to get my order and I'm unable to exchange for a larger pair because they just simply don't respond. Total scam. Same thing with the bearskin hoodies.

This company is horrible

This company is horrible. No wonder the company has worked So Hard to hide its country of origin (CHINA) and its ownership. I will make some relevant points to support this statement:

-It took a month, with no updates, to get my hoodie.
-The company refused to respond to my several inquiries about the status of my order.
-The status of my order did not change from "processing" untill 3 days before today, when I received it.
-The company sends me spam mails and / or surveys Every Single Day - sometimes 3 per day.
-The hoodie is worth, maybe, $35.
-The zipper is on the left.
-It's just polyester, and the stitching and construction is what I would expect from Wish, or some other second-rate Chinese knockoff company.

Completely disgusted, and I'm going to go spam-block this POS ripoff.

TrueSwat is a Scam

TrueSwat is a Scam! I ordered my hoodie and jacket at the end of November. I received the jacket with no tracking information, every time I tried to get tracking information they wanted me to download an app. Once I received the jacket it was way too small. I went off of the size chart, and it should have fit perfectly. I wanted to return it, and they said I would need to send it back on my own dime.
As far as their BaerSkin hoodie, I have not received it. The tracking information was extremely cryptic, saying left facility, and received at local facility. Apparently they had it at a local facility, but would not tell me where. When I emailed TrueSwat it took them a week to get back to me. By then they said the hoodie was sent back to them, and they could resend it to me no charge. I wanted my money back and they refuse. It is now 2 months later, and I will be contacting my credit card company to get my money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM TRUESWAT!

TOTAL SCAMMERS!

Wish I read reviews on this company & their product before I purchased. I ordered 1 hoodie for $99.95 from Baerskin a while ago. Was instantly charged for that purchase but also fraudulently charged by trueswat 79.95 for NO product. YES THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! like all the other reviews state. I have sent multiple e-mails requesting my $ back and to cancel the product and have had no response back just like all the other customers. Just sat on hold for an hour with no one answering with their customer service # in Australia 1-484-473-2211. I have now filed a fraud report with my bank. And will be reporting their scam company to the FTC, which I encourage you to do so as well, if your reading this review because you probably were scammed by this company as well. Seems like it is common practice of this company scamming & ripping people off. UPDATE after cancelling my order 24 hours after ordering, the company never got back to me for 2 weeks & said my product has shipped, & they will not refund me. I received the product from a LAME shipping company called OnTrac who will not return the UNOPENED package I just received and told me I have to contact the seller. Who is a total scammer & does not answer the phone (in Australia) lol! & sent me an e-mail that they will not refund me. So now I have a product I was fraudulently charged for & cannot return. My bank/credit card will not reimburse me because I received the package. I am now filing a fraud report against the company with the FTC. This SCAM company needs to be taken down. Don’t understand how they haven’t been already with 93% bad reviews & 1 star with 1000’s of consumers they have scammed??

Be prepared to wait

After a month, my order hasn't even shipped. This company's inventory isn't stored in the US, it's all drop-shipped directly from China. So by the time my order gets here, it won't even be cold enough to need to wear what I ordered.

I would give them 0 stars if that was…

I would give them 0 stars if that was an option.
The jacket is cut very small. I am 6’2”. I bought a 2XL and it does not reach my belt.
Customer service is a joke. Weeks go by with no answers.
Don’t waste your money. The jacket is far from tactical. Better hoodies can be found at your local Walmart for far less.

Worst mistake I've ever made

Worst mistake I've ever made buying from the Internet. Ordered the beginning of December, one arrived after Christmas and the other in the new year. Have been trying to contact trueswat ever since to exchange for a different size but have had zero response. I've even emailed this guy replying to all the messages below, David, but still zero response. I receive an email everyday from trueswat advertising more of their products so why are they not responding. Absolute joke of a company. Now I'm lumbered with 2 hoodies that fit no one and I'm a £130 down. AVOID!

3rd review. TRUESWAT please don’t contact me again…

3rd review I heard back Jan 2 from Emilia and true swat wanted me to rate her. I would not bc she really couldn’t help me but answered me honestly. So there is that! I received hoodie Jan 4th. I emailed Emilia and told her. It was ordered Dec 16th. I received email from David on 1/18/23. He told they had lot of opportunities and sen I received it. I told him I understood and told him my frustration and lost my business but he was responding to my 1st review and not my 2nd review. Then Sheena responded to me on 01/19/23 telling me I should understand her situation and how it stars the delivery time. Which I never challenged delivery time. I just tried to cancel order and it took 2 weeks to get answer. Then she told me they can’t answer me promptly because the amount of emails they received. I was honest on 1st, 2nd, & now 3rd review. I am getting contacted more now after I got delivery then than the 21 days while my order was in process. TrueSwat stop contacting me I will NEVER order from you again!!!

I wish I could give 0 reviews. Customer service is non-existent. Sent 3 emails prompting a return with no response. Hoodies are crap, we ordered one and they sent and charged us for two. Turning them in to better business bureau and anywhere else I can think of. Horrible ethics and incomprehensible the way they treat people or should I say not treat people since you can never get a hold of them. They suck!!!

Very poor design, construction and service

1) ordered 12/7/22 , received 12/22/22, not satisfied with product
2) sent email request for return right away, 12/23/22
3) no response to first email, sent a second email, 1/6/23
4) no response to second email
Product is way overpriced, materials used are cheap, yes there are lots of pockets, most are useless. There were no pictures on website of inside pockets, which turn out to be the worst pockets I've ever seen, too narrow of an opening and to deep, so narrow you can not use them for cell phones and so deep wallets get stuck at the bottom and are hard to get out.
Not satisfied with the product and not satisfied with the service.

Totally disappointed!

Had to wait almost a month to receive the hoodie i paid for. There instructions on sizing did not meet my expectations and it was my dollar to send the hoodie back. 13 days later im still waiting for a refund. I warn you to not deal with this company. Buy from Amazon! They wont screw you around!

We must admit that shipping time has been one of our main weaknesses in the past year. Luckily, we have found better transportation solutions. We expect things to improve soon.

We understand that you have already returned your product for a full refund, and as of posting here, you have yet to receive your refund, and you are not pleased that you have to pay for the return costs.

Upon checking, it seems that we did not receive any email from you regarding your request to return the product. Please note that it is publicly indicated in the return policy section of our website that customers have to reach out to us first before returning their products so we can provide the correct return addresses and procedure.
