TrueSWAT is a scam, save yourself the trouble and your money. Ordered the baerskin hoodie in November, I was told to wait for the tracking number and it would ship and arrive 10-14 days later, it is now the 17th and I still don't have the hoodie. I check daily and I still don't have a tracking number and I've constantly been trying to get ahold of a rep. with no success. I'm writing this review to prevent others from suffering the same fate.

TrueSWAT is a scam, save yourself the trouble and your money. Ordered the baerskin hoodie on the 1st of December, I was told to wait for the tracking number and it would ship and arrive 10-14 days later, it is now the 17th and I still don't have the hoodie. Stupid me for not looking at the reviews.
Stupid me for not looking at the reviews before spending $130 CAD on a hoody. This damn hoody has been in processing since November 25, but yet they advertise it as being in stock. Ridiculous. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company to ensure I get a refund from this fraudulent company that falsely advertises stock.
Save your cash, not worth the frustration.

If you could leave no stars I would do that. Ordered a tactical sweatshirt, they immediately charged my card 99 dollars, sent a "confirmation number." Now their automated customer service indicates there is no order. Called my bank and they said there is no recourse as I authorized the charge. So much for impulsive holiday shopping. It was connected with the Meat Eater episodes so I assumed it was a legit site. It is not.

So after shipment problems I finally received my order.
I must say the hoodie is thick. It is very warm and comfy.
If I was to level any criticism of the hoodie it would be that the Elastic string in the hoodie broke - after having it for 2-3months, and the hoodie has no way of locking down the neck area to prevent draughts getting in there.

I place an order for a hoody and I received an email back saying my payment didn't go through. It did, I have it in my bank statement. Emailed them twice, no reply. I called my bank and started legal actions to get my money back. They are a scam.

I ordered a baerskin hoody and some extras got extras first. Hoody arrived after a month. I used the chat facility eventually, but the lack of response using the support email annoyed me. I'm happy with the hoody and it's the correct size. They have had too many orders and lack of stock guys.

Ordered over a month ago and they have not sent tracking information. They say they are checking with "department" to find order. It feels like a scam and I am surprised to read any reviews saying they received a jacket, however I am not surprised that all received are junk.
1/13/2023 Update- Finally received the order 8 weeks later. The jacket is not as good as the Berne jackets we buy at our local farm store (RP). Lots of zippers, but its to the point of ridiculous. The material is just standard single layer fleece. The Berne jacket is much warmer as it is multi-layered and it about $50, compared to the $100 plus (depending on if you get on sale) for the Baerskin jacket. Not at all satisfified. Save your money.
