I ordered a pair of Jordan 4 sneakers on January 9th. they arrived on January 16. I returned them because the size did not fit me. on January 18, I sent them the package and it arrived on January 20. Since then I've been waiting for the money from the return! 31 days have passed!They sent me an email on February 11 saying that I will receive the money and that they are apologizing.On February 15, they said they apologize, they had a colleague on vacation and they couldn't make the payment, and in 2 days I will receive the money.Since then they don't answer my phone and I haven't received the money either.

L.E. In the meantime, I received the money, after 32 days in which I insisted by mail and phone calls.

On 28.12.2022 I ordered Air Jordan 1 low SE Olive Light shoes, today is 9.2.2023 and they still haven't arrived. I've already written you two e-mails and a show nothing. Give me feedback, please.

First I will tell you that I ordered a tee from them(This will be important later)
I placed my order on January 8 and it arrived today (meaning it took them 8 business days, which is still great).

I am disappointed with how they handle the delivery, because they don’t give you any details about it(except that I received an email a week later telling me that the tshirt is in an external storage). I contacted them and asked for more information, but they write me back after 3 days, because the t-shirt came to them.

Today after it came I was so hyped to open, but to my surprise I discovered that it wasn’t double sealed and it was just put in the delivery bag. Another flaw is that because of their tag, there is now a hole in my shirt, which isn’t a big deal, because it’s not that big still it’s kind of unprofessional.

However, I will still be doing business with them in the future

Fast delivery, the webshop is easy to use, all of the products are authentic (I've bought sneakers two times from the webshop and once in their shop). Everything went perfect.

Very good customer service.
Bought sculpture was damaged during transport, but a new was sent within a few days.

I really like shopping In True to some because we think that it is had a good quality.

Delivery time is much longer than they say. SHAME.

I had a great experience with True To Sole.
The only problem is that they announced me that my order is still in progress only after asking them why is taking so much(I was waiting for nearly 20 day),but they told me that the shoes are coming from a foreign wharehouse.
I placed the order on 7th of September and got the shoes on 4th of October.

Good staff and great shoes collection but i bought the nike jordan air 1 mid white from their store in budapest and i paid 85000 huf equivalent to 200$ and i discovered later that the shoes is worth 130$ max
I was disappointed and would never visit again!

Instead of getting the right model and the basic one of the shoes , I got the GS model instead of the normal one , and on the site they say is the normal model , and is the picture of the basic ones too , not the GS’s :))) WHO WILL BUY THE UGLY GS’s ???
And I told them about the fact that I received the wrong shoes , and they said nothing , just “check the size on our site” , BRO I GOT THE WRONG SHOES NOT THE WRONG SIZE 🤣
