Takes the edge off my anxiety
I suffer greatly from irrational anxiety. In particular I get very nervous when driving at higher speeds. Ashwagandha has made all the difference to me by calming my nerves and helping me relax a little. It’s not a miracle cure after all a little anxiety has to be a good thing but it’s a safe way to take the edge off and calms me down in a gentle, effective way. True Veda gave brilliant service. The order arrived quickly, well packaged and with great communication. I am also taking their turmeric and moringa from both of which I am feeling the benefits.

I chose this Company due to the professional layout of its website and the knowledge it had in detailing the products/ingredients etc. Due to my study of cancer which my daughter has recently gone through (breast) I am following a strict metabolic diet with supplements. These two, Vit C and Ashwagandha are part of that regime. Plus the customer care is absolutely amazing with a very quick response to my emails.

High standards and with important specificity
Perhaps the only pomegranate with -both- Polyphenols AND essential PUNICALAGINS listed with specificity. Manufactured with high European standards, which, at times— are higher than ours, here, in the U.S. So, I trust this product. Happy to take 1 capsule - twice a day.

Easy and pleasant to take
Their vitamin c is easy and pleasant to take. I’m hoping it will reduce my LDL cholesterol (as my nutritionist has suggested) but time will tell.
From info I’ve read recently vitamin c is very necessary for heart health, so a good supplement to take.

Awesome product, great results
I've been using Boswellia Serrata from True Veda for some time now and the results are noticeable especially the day after my hard workouts or longer runs. I like the way it eases the soreness and discomfort in muscles and articulations.
