I absolutely love the high quality of True Veda products. I have tried other Ayurveda brands, and this one is the best by a high margin. The herbs are powerful yet gentle on the entire body. I appreciate that most products come in capsules making them gentle on my sensitive stomach and easier to swallow. In addition, I like the glass bottle packaging which helps to keep it fresh longer and no plastic smell. I also like the fact that the formulas are pure making it easier to mix or use as add-ons. I’ve taken ashwagandha in the past. When deciding to start it again I found out ashwagandha supplements can differ a lot! So I researched the most effective pure organic supplement available on the market. We are talking finding the most effective extraction process/part of the plant used/source/withanolides ratios. True Veda’s ashwagandha is hands down the best option out there. This is my second order because it is notably more effective than the other brands I’ve tried. Absolutely worth the price. The quality is outstanding.

I have been using Menoharmony for a few months now as I suffer from hot flushes, particularly at night, and I can't use HRT. Without Menoharmony I wake every 2 hours with hot flashes and have an extended period during the night in the early hours when I cannot sleep at all even after the hot flush has passed. With Menoharmony I can go 3 or sometimes 4 hours between flashes, and I do not have the prolonged waking, so my sleep quality is improved. Chronic sleep deprivation is the worst effect of these hot flushes, and Menoharmony definitely helps. I contacted the company for help with an order and their customer service was excellent. I highly recommend the company and their products.

I do love this product as it has helped with everything concerning my menopause journey. At present this is the only thing I take and it works, so will continue.

I have been ordering the green tea capsules from True Veda for a year now. It is organic and that matters to me. I especially like the very good and personal customer service. There was a mix-up with my subscription (my fault) and they worked with me until we got it right.

I have been an avid fan of Ayurveda for the last couple of years so I was excited to try this product. Firstly I was impressed by the organic quality and natural ingredients in this supplement and had heard good things about the herbs contained. The capsules were easy to swallow and after a few days I noticed a difference in my movement- I felt less stiff and altogether my joints felt smoother (note I often suffer from inflammation). I would recommend this product as part of an Ayurveda lifestyle, an underestimated holistic way to improve inflammation and well-being.

I've gotten Boswellia and haven’t had it long, but it feels good so far.
I also got the Moringa and like it very much.

For me, Organic Bacopa from True Vida, has been a game changer. I've been taking a capsule in the morning and evening and after only 2 weeks I have noticed big changes. I have far less brain fog, I can concentrate better and my memory has improved. I can complete tasks without getting side tracked and forgetting things as much. I love that the product is organic. The packaging comes with a tamper proof seal, plastic wrap around the lid and a seal on the bottle, all very reassuring.

Organic MenoHarmony: an Holistic and Natural Approach

During the menopause we need to cope with several challenges either from a mental or physical point of view. Very Pleased
I started taking Boswellia Serrata 2 weeks ago to help with the pain and stiffness I get In my fingers on waking. I am really pleased because already I have noticed a huge difference and now wake with less pain and sometimes no pain at all. The stiffness has improved greatly too. I have just signed up for a subscription!
