Sorry to hear you that you were not fully satisfied with your order. We have double checked your order and there is no record of a request to add a phone number on your tag. All tags are designed by customers and we can confirm we engraved an exact match of the details you had requested, which didn't include a phone number. These details are confirmed to customers during the checkout process and via email once the order is placed.

This tag is an absolute delight
This tag is an absolute delight. I picked orange so you could definitely see it and I just love it. I truly hope the writing remains clear as that would be the only thing that would knock a star off. Time will tell, but right now I am thrilled.

Absolutely loved the dog tag
Absolutely loved the dog tag, but it annoyed my dog and he kept putting it in his mouth as it hung down quite low and now it is split already, we have only had it two days, we usually have the metal ones but loved the look of your tags, so looks like we are back to the metal ones 😟
Since I wrote this review the company have been in touch and offered a replacement or full refund, as I like the tags I have accepted the offer of a new tag with a smaller ring so he hopefully won’t be able to get to it to chew it, certainly worth a try, can’t fault the customer service, fingers crossed it works, thank you ☺️

Thank you for your feedback and so sorry to hear you've had issues. We did spend a lot of time making our tags durable, but unfortunately they are not fully chew-proof. We would highlight that metal tags can however damage teeth, and plastic tags will splinter if chewed. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we're more than happy to replace it with a smaller attachment to reduce the hang, or offer a full refund.
Great quality product and efficient delivery.
Saw the product on social media and decided to chance my luck as previous metal tags had eroded and broken off from my dogs collar.
They arrived and I can instantly see how durable they are. The ability to personalise everything on there from fonts and pictures in a choice of bright colours too, makes it easy to capture your own pet easily. Really pleased with the tags, thoroughly recommend!

Absolutely first class product and customer service.
I had a wee teething problem placing order, which I raised but later figured was operator error - lol. The team responded and offered to assist me, which wasn’t necessary as I had figured out I was being silly 🤪
Order placed and then i had a change of heart re colour of tag, I messaged requesting for the colour to be amended, received a response confirming this was not a problem.
Order arrived very quickly, tag was absolutely perfect and good quality and the lovely little treat tin was a surprise.
Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Amazing
Wow, thank you for creating the most amazing dog tags EVER. Our Golden Retriever Bumble is a dirt magnet, she has mastered the art of homing in any dirt or puddle!! Sadly her previous tags have given in to the dirt, but these are SO good.
They arrived the day after we ordered them, the writing is really clear and they look and feel perfect.

Finally quiet dog tags!
Such an amazing idea! My dog is noise sensitive so other types I just bought and removed them after one walk because he was uncomfortable. Those tags look really solid, they are nice in touch and look just like one the order. Quick delivery, I had it two days later.
