I ordered a tag in the 27 December. I haven’t received it! I have emailed and had no response. I have sent another one just now.
This is terrible service. Does this company actually exist any more?
No customer service
Placed an order 12 days ago. Nothing. Shows as being prepared. No response to 4 emails asking for an update. Now passing it to my bank to recover the money
Still waiting for a response
Was recommended by a family member as we were moving house. Ordered two tags a week before the move, thinking they’d be delivered in a week no problem. Here we are over a week later. Numerous emails and instagram messages trying to change the delivery address as I saw these comments. No response and no email to say they were dispatched.
Communication ZERO
Very expensive tags, however, I wanted good ones & these people say they're the best. Ordered over 2 weeks ago. Emailed twice, contacted via their website. Absolutely no response. Extremely disappointing customer service. In fact, no customer service. Buy your tags elsewhere from a company that delivers and responds.
Finally responded after review. Tags arrived. They look great. Hopefully their customer service will now improve for others. Satisfactory resolution after a long wait.

Ordered a tag, lovely quality and colour but I could not read the numbers on it. I made contact and it was redone immediately and promptly got sent, the second was bigger and legible. Could not ask for better customer service.

Fantastic products, professional company and friendly customer service! I placed an order for my two dogs to have new dog tags after seeing an add for Truffle & Paw through Facebook. Designing my Cavalier and Border Collie's tags was simple and easy to do from my mobile. The order, dispatch and postage time was clearly stated to me before I purchased - 2 weeks from start to finish, including delivery. It arrived on time, as stated, within 2 weeks via Royal Mail Tracked and I am over the moon with happiness with my new purchases! The writing on my dogs' tags is clear, legible and they will not rust like previous metal dog tags have done. There is also no clinky annoying metal sound when my dog drinks from their ceramic bowl, as these new dog tags are silicone (or if not, feel that way).
It angers me when I read previous reviews where they've been given 1/5 stars as the delivery was "slow" when it clearly stated to me, on numerous occasions, it would be 2 weeks from start to finish. People need to have more patience and realise this is a small business trying to do well - with a fantastic product! I think people have become too impatient and are expecting Amazon Prime next-day deliveries, for an engraved and personal product. This is not Amazon Prime! Please ignore the silly 1* reviews from impatient people. These dog tags are a 5* product and I am SO happy with mine. I received updates via email on the process of my order which was reassuring, and received fast customer service when I asked where to leave good feedback (I emailed them at 8pm asking where to leave good feedback; they emailed me back at 10pm same day replying - out of office hours just to get back to me!). Thank you so much Truffle and Paw! I will be recommending you to my friends and family. One very, very happy customer! X

Unrealistic wait times, simply cannot deliver …
This company has amazing advertising and seem to be everywhere, attractive product and great ideas, HOWEVER they simply cannot deliver. Their lead times on products is unrealistic and their communication with customers is zero. I placed an order and after 2 weeks I had to contact them, to be fair they did reply promptly but also to let me know my order hadn’t even been processed yet!!! If you are prepared to wait I am sure the product is a promised, however I cancelled my order and shopped elsewhere, so cannot comment on the actual product. What a shame as there does seem to be problems at the productivity end!

Delivery a bit of an issue but in fairness, customer services did respond quickly. Not sure if I want to wait three weeks for a dog tag though. Would consider if their processes were better. Tag hangs a bit low as additional piece added.in terms of the response I would have thought my e mail to you was raising the issue of delivery problems?? I did also state clearly that customer services responded quickly so really not sure why you are disappointed.

We love our new tag!!
We love our new tag! It is really good quality & I have no doubt it will last the mud & rain. The font is really clear & easy to read. Loving the snazzy pink too! It is a shame that it took so long to arrive in the post (over a week) however when I emailed the customer service was spot on, really helpful & even gave us a little discount for the inconvenience. Thank you guys - we will definitely be ordering more!

I was disappointed that this order didn’t arrive originally, the original one didn’t turn up still. However the team has sent me a new one next day delivery and I can confirm it has now come to me. They also kindly offered me a refund for the trouble. The quality is really lovely, and the designs are perfect, as I expected. My dog is quite small and I’d love to see smaller sizes introduced in future as I think it’s a tad big for him, but he’ll get bigger as he’s just a puppy. I think my experience was slightly soured by the at first lack of receiving the original order and then the very defensive customer service. So my review represents a great product with some improvements needed on your operations/logistics.

Fabulous customer service, the colour of the tags I ordered was out of stock. They offered another colour to send immediately AND the colour I ordered the minute it came back in stock.

Amazing tags, we have bought multiple now and recommend them to all our friends. I put the wrong postcode on my order and emailed customer service and it was changed and sorted straight away. Our current tags still look brand new and are almost 3 years old!

I purchased a mango coloured hexagon…
I purchased a mango coloured hexagon tag. The process was easy to follow and the writing is really clear and easy to read. Much better than the metal tag I had previously. Slightly more bulky than I imagined but light weight and appears robust. Time will tell.
