Similar to other reviews, which I wish I’d read before ordering. Ordered 2nd March. Still not received. Delivery was meant to be within 1 week. Several emails ignored. They have provided a tracking number nearly a week ago but this is still not with Royal Mail.

I ordered two personalized tags in February and was advised delivery would be within 1 week.
Nothing arrived and all emails I have sent chasing haven’t been replied to.
I now need to request a refund through my bank.

For almost 3 weeks they have left my status as being posted by Royal Mail. When I check this Royal Mail state they are waiting for the item. I have ordered from Truffle & Paw a few times over the years and, initially, I was delighted with them. Recently, their service is just abysmal, even though the products remain great quality.
A while back, the "free" treat tins were out of stock (for ages!), and customers were told that if they emailed the company, a tin would be sent out when they were back in stock. Why put the onus on the customer? Simply despatch them to those customers who never got them! I emailed them, but mine never arrived.
My recent order took ages (five weeks). It was showing as being awaiting despatch for over two weeks. When you email them, they simply never respond.
Definitely would not order from them again.

Ordered a walking set with free ID tag and a treat tin. The tin and tag arrived but no collar and lead. Have emailed, tried to contact by other means, to no avail.
The personalised tag is great, good quality but what a shame! Looking at other reviews, it appears that this company may have grown too fast too quickly and cannot cope. However, COMMUNICATION is essential. Otherwise it just appears fraudulent.
I now need to contact my payment provider to recoup the money.

Ordered tag said fast service. When I ordered they did say 10 days as they were busy. It took 3 weeks. 2 emails sent and none replied to!!
Tag arrived and I am happy with it. Just be honest about delivery times and answer e mails !

Save your money and shop elsewhere. The telephone numbers aren’t readable and the communication is shockingly bad.
Very slow delivery which I wasn’t concerned about as our pup couldn’t go outside but now I have to get new tags that people can read.
Shipments stuck as pending, no response to emails
Ordered a tag 21 Jan, a week later got a shipping notification but the tracking with Royal Mail remains as “we are expecting it” for over a week now. Not response whatsoever to emails asking for an update.
Will be going to my bank to recover the money if not update soon. Do not recommend, seems like a scam.

Awful 😖
Order placed on 11-Jan, on 21-Jan, still no order or update on order, email sent requesting an update, following day I received an email to state that order had been shipped (automated email, not a response to my email sent to Customer Service). Today (27-Jan) another email sent to Customer Service to request update as still no order or update from supposed carrier! No response as of yet. This is not Customer service this is non-existent service! Not happy and certainly will not be recommending!

Ordered first time a few months again and it was delayed. However, after emailing this got sorted.
Ordered again a few weeks ago hoping the first time was a genuine delay. However, no different the royal mail tracking has been stuck on we are awaiting your item (same as last time) it's been like this for over 8 days now. Emailed multiple times and no response. You can't even Facebook message them anymore. Alot of Facebook comments are mentioning the same.
No update from the company, no response from the emails.
If no response soon I will be going to the bank to recover the money.
