Fraudulant

Warning: Difficult Cancellation & Questionable Billing Practices
I had a very poor experience with this company and would not recommend purchasing from them especially for international orders.
They make canceling a subscription extremely difficult. The unsubscribe links on both mobile and desktop repeatedly led to 404 error pages. Despite receiving emails claiming that my subscription would expire in three days unless I updated my credit card, this was misleading the subscription continued anyway.
The company attempted to push charges through even after the card was expired. Products were automatically shipped around 3 a.m. without proper confirmation. When I contacted them immediately to report fraud and request cancellation, I was told it was “too late,” even though the shipping label had only been created Jan 2 and the package did not actually move for several days to be exact Jan 6 as I have the shipping companies tracking details.
Based on the tracking information, the label was created on January 2, but the item wasn’t picked up by the shipping facility until around January 6 yet they still refused to cancel.
This pattern appears intentional and seems designed to prevent customers from stopping shipments and charges.
I strongly advise buying supplements from a reputable local vitamin store instead. Real health and growth come from simple ingredients, good sleep, and healthy eating not from companies that rely on deceptive subscription practices.

Don’t order from here unless you want…

Don’t order from here unless you want to get stuck with an auto shipment you can not cancel. It’s impossible to reach anyone at this company when I simply wanted to change the protein powder flavor for the next shipment. And I have been trying for months to cancel. They just want your money!

Truheight doesn’t take responsibility for their packing erros

I had been using their products for a while and had a subscription. Last month they sent me the chocolate protein shake instead of the vanilla in my subscription. Since I was out of protein, I tried to see if my kids would drink the chocolate one. They didn’t like it and wouldn’t drink it! I reached out to customers service, they asked me to send a picture of the product. I sent them the picture of the chocolate. They offer me either a 15% refund or I could ship it back and they’d send me the vanilla. It’s during the holidays too... So suddenly their mistake becomes another chore for me to do between hosting Christmas and traveling! Meanwhile my kids who are youth athletes have no protein powder… ugh! The customer service was writing me and was so annoying.
They kept putting the responsible on me to return the wrong product so they could send me a new one! This is all around Christmas and New Year… Finally, I was just like forget this. I don’t have time to deal with this annoying company anymore more and I don’t want to do business with someone who doesn’t take accountability for their error. I ordered NuBest height instead and it actually has a better nutrients profile. So I canceled my Truheight membership and walked way from tons of loyalty points. I just can’t deal with a company like that. I’m just going to take the loss and leave!

Zero stars!

They emailed me saying my order is delayed.
I have emailed twice asking to cancel my order and they have not responded.
I have also subsequently cancelled my subscription. They still took £254.79 from my account and I have no order
I’ve asked them to refund me and no response Please cancel
This is beyond a joke - I wnat my money back!

customer service is great, gummies are yuck

I ordered gummies for my son; they were super chalky and my son refused to eat them. While I was trying to figure out what to do about it, the company sent me an e-mail asking about my satisfaction with my experience. I told them honestly that I was struggling with trying to get my son to eat the gummies and they suggested that I send the unopened gummy bottles back to them and instead use the capsules, which I can open and mix into yogurt, juice, etc. The return process was fairly painless, and I felt I was fairly compensated/reimbursed. I sent back 5 months worth of gummies and received 6 months worth of capsules for no additional cost -- though when I did the math, it should have cost me a bit more. I also had a complaint about the website (it wasn't clear what payment method it had applied and I accidentally ordered something using the wrong payment method, and when I tried to immediately cancel the order to reorder with the correct payment method, it didn't have an option to cancel an order, so I had to contact the company to figure it out), but the customer service department was excellent in helping me through it.

In summary: customer service is excellent, gummies are gross, website could be improved.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. They automatically sign you up for a subscription service and the company will ship you an order 6 months later without any advance notification or warning - and then try to make you pay for shipping both ways and restocking fees if you try to return. You don't even have a login for the page (i.e. you don't set up an account which would give you an indication that you're setting it up).

Just to clarify, at checkout, we provide two options: one-time purchase or subscription, and a subscription only starts if that option is selected. Customers can also access their subscription anytime through the link in the confirmation email or by creating a password using the same email used at checkout.

For cancellations, our policy is to do so at least 24 hours before the next shipping date to prevent the next order from processing.

They just lost a loyal customer

We liked the products, but had to slow the shipping. When I went to open a case of 3 we got in May this yr. They were yellow? I gave some to my son and he gagged. I reached out to customer service and got nothing but a polite "sorry that happened but you had 30 days to return". I had to throw $160 in the trash. Not even a coupon code to re-order. Terrible customer service.

Poor delivery and customer service

Ordered and subscribed to TruHeight vitamins for my son. The parcel was supposedly delivered at 8pm in the evening when the whole family was home. No knock at the door. Nothing outside and nothing left with neighbours. Contacted the courier EVRI and TruHeight and neither have taken any responsibility or offered any help. Both suggesting to speak to the other with no solution. Wouldn’t recommend anyone use this company at all due to the poor customer support in incidents like this and for who they use to deliver costly items that do not arrive.

Kids spit it out

So excited to get home and open the package. Both my 12 yr old and 9 yr old tried it as it smelled sooo good but after chewing they both spit it out immediately. Even though website says 30 day returns. Its misleading as small print stated they will not offer a return for opened bottles or packages.

return is long please be careful to order with this company

Another review on this company about returning. I feel the whole experience is a scam. The company policy said the unopened item can be returned with 30 days with 10% restocking fee. I used fedex express to return unopened whole package (original package not opened) and signed. i sent many emails to customer service for query the return status however there are no response for over a week . i got a response today after 10 days. The service is extremely slow. Be aware!

Incredibly poor customer service

Incredibly poor customer service. Only answers your emails every 2 days. Gives unclear answers about what you can do to return your package that is being mistakenly delivered. Tried to issue a return label because of a wrong order and a wrong delivery address but received incomplete replies regarding the return of my package and very few replies within the delivery time and the product has already been delivered. They had 4 whole days to reply but they only care about the money now it would be harder to return the product and they would charge you for return fees because of their own slow customer service and insanely confusing website with these prices and subscriptions. Not to mention that their supplements actually work, and their percentage claims are just a scam to get people to trust in their product. Be careful with their website and subscription prices because they can charge you more and use your card with basically little to no warning. Claims on return and refund policy is a joke because they dont care about the customers' problems but just for it to be delivered and get paid. Bad experience with this company highly recommend to be careful when ordering here or just dont at all.
