The fitting team were exemplary, so much care taken of our floors even flower beds. Very courteous, tidy, focused on doing things well. And the windows look very good! A warmer winter assured!

TruHouse has now completely replaced all the windows and doors in our period country property.
Throughout the whole process from initial site visit, through quotation, survey, fitting and snagging the service provided has been nothing short of superb.
However, in my view the true test of a good Company becomes evident not when everything goes to plan but rather when difficulties arise. With an older property more challenges do arise and they surely did. Any issues were dealt with promptly, professionally and to my complete satisfaction. (One window was even totally replaced).
All in all I am pleased to recommend TruHouse unreservedly.

We have used Truhouse before to replace a window and when two large screens needed replacing we asked for the same team to install them. Six fitters were needed and they were all brilliant and really helpful. We would highly recommend this company and cannot fault the quality of the finished product.

We bought our house from new 6 years ago and we've had ongoing problems with the front door and windows from the start. We gave up with the original installers eventhough they still had many years left under warranty as the products they installed were poor quality and their repairs were questionable. I got fed up calling them out after bad weather and chasing them up so frequently.

A family member bought new windows and doors from Truhouse recently, so recommended them to us. Like other reviews have mentioned, there is no annoying sales pitch, they simply ask what you want and provide a quote. Everything is very quick and efficient. They have a local sales room too so we could see different styles and colours and amend our choices easily before ordering. They also have a cashback incentive if you do pay in cash/bank transfer. They were clear on how long the warranty is for each part of the door so our expectations are clear if we have any future problems.

I find it quite wasteful having to get rid of a fairly new door, but it was not fit for purpose. Our new one has now been fitted and it's excellent! It fits properly, it's quite a windy day and instantly the drafts have stopped and there is minimal noise from outside. The fitters were friendly and cleaned up well and the office staff have communicated very well throughout. We had a small issue in that the door knocker was missing, but it wasn't a big deal and we actually like the door without it, so decided to leave it off. Sarah removed it from the bill for us.

Thank you Truhouse, we are very pleased! We will be back for another quote at some point to replace our faulty windows!

Had all windows and doors replaced for first time after building the house 22 years ago so was anxious of damage being done to exterior plaster and stone work but was reassured by Paul who measured up that it would be minimal and I’m pleased to say this is the case after the job has been completed.

The fitters Josh and Steve were friendly and cleared up each day after themselves and made me feel at ease.

Job completed on time and to a high standard so hope I will see benefit on the bills when it’s winter time.

We went to the Truhouse showroom in Stroud the staff were brilliant and explained everything there was no pressure. Chris came out to measure up for a new front door and glass side panel, we had the quote for the door etc which we were pleased with. A short time after our door was ready to be fitted. John and Dan the fitter did an excellent job fitting the door etc and cleaned up any mess. We very pleased with the whole service and would recommend Truhouse Windows and Doors to anyone,

Good product. However, the sale included a rebate incentive which was not paid on completion. This was caused by not clearly explaining the eligibility criteria.

I used truhouse 2 years ago to supply and fit a new door and then again this week to supply and fit a downstairs window. I can't speak highly enough of this company. Their communication is excellent, they keep you posted every step of the way, they are incredibly warm and friendly on the phone! Their products are great and their fitters are friendly and efficient and left the area they worked in spotlessly clean! I would highly recommend truhouse and I will absolutely use them every time!
