From start to finish, the whole process was absolutely seamless – from the first phone call with the office, through the quote appointment, to booking and having the work carried out, everything was handled in a truly professional manner.

On the day, Danny and his team were fantastic. They arrived promptly, were polite and respectful throughout, and worked incredibly efficiently. They completely transformed my back garden – digging out the old lawn and fitting my brand-new artificial lawn in just 4 hours. The result is amazing, and they made sure to clean up every bit of mess, leaving my garden spotless and looking better than ever.

We originally had a quote from these guys 2 years ago so we were impressed they the price hadn’t increased since! We were lucky that Trulawn had a few days to fill due to finishing a big job early so they managed to fit us in the next week. The weather was super hot but the guys had it all in hand.
The result has been far better than we thought was possible and our kids are now in heaven playing football on the grass every single day. It totally transformed our garden and the whole experience was seamless.

With special thanks to Nick, Dom & Regan who were excellent. I was reassured & completely at ease with these guys, became friends also. They made a tough job look easy, great care & attention to detail with everything I wanted. Ideas developed as the project got underway, not a problem at all for them. My need initially was having the grass sorted, then by adding fencing, flagging & creativity, it completed the project. Aside from their expertise in all aspects of their work, their friendly approach to everything made it so worthwhile. I would highly recommend them, put your trust in these guys, you’ll be very well looked after.

Trulawn were a very professional company to deal with. The site surveyor, Charles, was very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need (unlike other companies!). The product was the best of many samples I looked at from different suppliers and not as expensive as some. The installation team were hard working, polite and respectful and I would recommend Trulawn to anyone looking for artificial grass

Brian, Harrison and Liam were fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure the installation went perfectly and were really professional. The Harmony Plus grass is wonderful and, even with 2 dogs, doesn’t smell. All in all a fantastic experience.

From my initial enquiry through to getting my beautiful new lawn, I couldn’t fault these guys. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and helpful and the installation was quick and painless.
