We booked a consultation visit, the rep cancelled just a couple of hours before (my partner had already left work early to attend). He said he’d call back to rearrange and never did. We called the main line again, they apologised and said that’s not normal behaviour, they also said they’d look into it and call back the same day, they never did, that was almost a week ago. They clearly don’t want our business, and it is concerning how they would behave once they received the job. Probably best to look elsewhere.

The Trulawn team arrived promptly. They were professional, polite and smart. The skip arrived on time too. I spoke to them about what I wanted and they got on and delivered an excellent service. As far as I'm concerned they delivered above and beyond for me getting rid of unwanted bricks which formed a wonky wall. They created a wonderful base for my new artificial lawn- flattening and levelling the ground as much as possible. I am very pleased with the result and look forward to using the lawn.

From quotation to supply and fitting the whole process was seamless. The whole process from quotation to the grass being fitted took about 6 weeks. It looks great, I am so pleased with the grass we chose. It is great for dogs. We were given great aftercare advice and the lads that came to fit the grass were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

We had a fabulous lawn laid by Trulawn 2 years ago. We recently noticed a circular dip of about 2-3 feet wide and 2-3” deep, appear under the lawn where to soil appears to have disappeared. It clearly needs repacking and the lawn relaying or replacing (?). My phone calls and emails began on 5th April. The lady was very nice and helpful and I fully expected an appointment to be made for a professional to come along and give their view and resolution as per their warranty and guarantee. I’m still waiting just to get a diary date. I’ve phoned 6 times and sent follow up emails, of which they’ve responded to say someone will get back to me)……….. 8 weeks on and I’m still waiting.

Installation was great, really professional team. Grass was way oversized, had enough to do the garden again and unfortunately paid the price.

They arrived on time. Introduced themselves, took the time to go over what was going to be done and what my expectations were. The work was complete within 2days to an exceptional standard. I want to thank Brian. Zee and David for such a professional job. The worked hard in the rain and sun to give a perfect finish. Took the time to clean up both days (in fact better than it normally looked). Would definitely recommend to to friends and family.

Trulawn york laid artificial grass for us yesterday and we are absolutely delighted with the finished job. Andrew and his team were amazing. We had Trulawn installing artificial grass on part of our garden and their service, communication and installation was flawless. Guys worked really hard in conditions I thought they won’t be able to as ground was solid after this dry spell. They communicated about every step with us during installation and always checked if we are happy with what is happening. Deliveries were on time and organised. Big shout out to Brian and David who were doing actual installation as these guys deserve a raise! Thank you. Very happy with how past two days went.

Our experience with Trulawn from the surveyor Debbie who spent time going through every detail that we needed to know . And Ben and his team that did the ground work and laid the lawn beautifully, again nothing was too much trouble for them and everything was left clean and tidy.
The work was done exactly as quoted and perfectly finished.
We are very pleased with the finished result and so glad that we chose Trulawn to do our garden .

We had our artificial grass installed in January and within 6 weeks we noticed a few spots but one particular bigger spot where it had sunk quite a bit, resulting into it becoming a tripping hazard as the “wholes” below the grass aren’t really visible. We straight away emailed Trulawn and received a reply a couple of days later, saying they would try and get someone to come over to rectify the issues within 3 weeks. I emailed again 2 weeks later to ask if there were any updates yet, and finally a week later got the response saying they’re very busy for a number of weeks and that they would be in touch. Meanwhile one of the dips in the grass was getting bigger and more dangerous (someone twisted their ankle resulting in not being able to now fully enjoy our grass) so we emailed again. This time we got a response back on the same day saying that they would contact us the following week to provide us with a slot to finally get it fixed. Two weeks later and we were still waiting so emailed again but this time we didn’t get a response at all. I’ve just emailed them again today (6th of May) but I’m not very hopeful as this experience has shown that they are very unreliable when it comes to aftercare and once they have your money. It’s been 7 weeks now since I contacted them, appalling customer service and I would not use them again or recommend their services based on our bad experience and lack of communication.
