I ordered and paid for 2 T-shirts on…
I ordered and paid for 2 T-shirts on 17/08. It is now 08/09 and I am yet to receive an email confirmation to confirm my order, even though payment was made. The payment to the company was AWX Giorand which was no help locating them to ask where my goods are. Having read all of this it looks doubtful I’ll either want them or get them or get my 40 pounds back. I hope their customer service team read my email and respond ASAP

The T shirt bought wasn’t made in uk this is somewhere else in the world cheap material it has some wool or something in it my skin isn’t sensitive but after wearing this for more than an hour it’s actually very uncomfortable

I bought 2 hats which looked like they were good quality & I paid the extra money with the expectation that they would be manufactured in the UK by veterans.
I waited weeks for receipt only to find they were very poor quality & they were manufactured in China (still got the manufacturer markings on). So a complete scam / con to deliberately deceive the buyer. I have been trying to get my money back which they have accepted but not paid to date, so I will be claiming money back on a Section 75 if not refunded shortly. I suggest everyone does the same to stop the company from deliberately deceiving people to pay more for very poor quality product. Buyer Beware & avoid if you can.

Pretty rubbish to be honest, will never order again. Ordered what I thought was a polo shirt for my partner, took ages to arrive and very disappointed when it did. Material so thin nothing like the advertised pic and really terrible fit. This was £30 :(

I have waited over two weeks since placing my order and I still haven't got it. I kept asking questions where is it and I got back " that is didn't pass customs " so was returned.

Avoid if you don't want to be disappointed
Ordered a unisex hat 3rd August, it arrived 18th August. What I received looks like a cheap knock off of what is shown on their website. The colour is not the same, the style is not the same, the stitching is not the same, and the material is not the same.
I thought I'd take them up on their advertised 30 day 100% money back statement, but when reading the small print, the item has to be returned within 14 days of the order being placed. That is one day before I received it !!!! Certainly smacks of being a scam.
I can't be bothered to contact them, I'll just have to remember to scan Trustpilot before making impromptu purchases from unfamiliar websites.

Very poor quality product and very slow delivery.
If I could give no stars I would, the cap that I purchased from this company is nothing like the quality shown in their website, it seems to also be made for people with massive foreheads. It took well over two weeks to arrive from China and I'm sorry but I simply dont believe that this company has anything to do with British veterans.
I've learnt a valuable lesson when buying through facebook, save your money, avoid at all costs.
