Ordered 2 caps and a polo shirt. The material used doesn’t reflect what you see in the online photos. The caps in the photos look like cotton fabric but when they arrive the material looks synthetic shiny and cheap. Same goes for the polo shirt, cheap fabric and cheaply manufactured. These are not quality products and my advice would be to not waste your money. I feel duped into spending good money on poor products

Delivery time is poor. It comes from China. The sight suggests it is produced by ex service from British Forces. Its not. The tee shirt looked nothing like the picture, quality was really poor. Chucked it in the bin. Don't waste your money.

I ordered a baseball cap and had to wait for a month to receive the item. When it arrived, I found that is truly awful quality and really cheap and nasty. While I waited for the delivery, I was inundated with lots of emails from this firm which you cannot unsubscribe from which is in breach of regulations. I seriously wholeheartedly recommend that you avoid this terrible supplier and their poor-quality products. Useless and awful!!!
Update - since posting the above review Trupatriotic have contacted me to offer me an incentive and inducement to withdraw the review. I will not be doing so, and I stand by the facts in my review, I now also understand that the statement on their website that the products are made by veterans and that proceed go to veterans completely incorrect as stated on BBC television on 17th September 2025. I will be avoiding this firm.

This company is getting worse, not only do you get no response from this company until you leave a reply on here but now I've had multiple different people emailing me repeatedly apologising for the lack of response and missing item, then when a half decent employee replys offering me compensation by way of filling my order (I accept) then another person send an email asking why i want to send that order back!? What is this company doing!?? Try reading the emails. at this rate they should just go out of business and remove the stress of online shopping. They couldn't run a bath let alone a business.

Ordered one of the caps believing I would be helping British veterans, what a load of bull. The cap took well over a month to arrive, the company citing that it was stuck at customs, which first raised my suspicion, when it eventually arrived it was absolutely crap quality, certainly not something proud veterans would put their name to.. the front of the cap was bent and distorted and the flag on the peak is a cheap print, and the whole cap is very poor quality. There appears to be a manufactured in label which has been cut off or there is no manufacture info, which is unusual and very suspicious.. this really looks like a scam company using the name of veterans to gain business.

Their products are solely concentrated on your country, flags hats, T-shirts etc. It appears though that their goods are shipped from China by a company called SunYou. Rip-off: fraudulent website statements
This company sell VE Day product claiming is made/fulfilled by veterans and people with disabilities employed by RBLI: utter crap, all shipped from China, returns limited to 14 days from date of purchase when ironically nothing arrives within 2 weeks carefully planned. Logged fraud case with PayPal & credit card company. Stay away from them!
They now submit a cut’n’paste reply common to everyone’s complaint. They insist you first cancel your complaint with PayPal and they will the provide full refund. PayPal are delaying responses despite complaints logged for quality as well as fraudulent web marketing. PayPal are still branded as a Secure Payments partner which they should review I believe.
