With this company we have received Excellent Human connection and honestly they have exceeded our expectations.

They are always willing to help fix a website issue or shipping problem and the speed in which they respond and start the task is almost immediate compared to others.

I have not used another shipper. When they ship via FedEx they are willing to work with the customer and contact FedEx themselves if the customer experiences delays or missing product. For example, I have had an issue with FedEx. When they asked Walgreens about the issue and contacted FedEx about the issue to confirm , they then sent out new replacements immediately.
The only thing out of this business's control is the weather, but even then they will inform the customer what to do!

I am a long time customer and have only positive things to say. TRS has always shipped on time and they have been prompt and professional in all their communications. I’ve never had one complaint in the 5 plus years of doing business.

Trusted reliable solutions is wonderful. I luckily found them a few days ago. I rarely have occasion to contact them directly as I never have issues with orders. On the couple of occasions I have had a question, they respond extremely promptly and are always friendly and helpful. They truly are trustworthy and reliable!10/10! I wish all companies were as diligent and responsive.

TRS has never let me down. Their website is easy to use and their shipping is spot on. Even using the cheapest shipping method, orders arrive on time if not early and the packaging is great. (Not packaged sloppy like so many nowadays).
On the rare occasion that I need to contact them, customer service is phenomenal and they respond very quickly.

TRS has been our primary vendor for our research materials since 2019. We used NewMind.com before this and a variety of vendors after. Here's what you can expect with TRS: Prompt responses and reliable service is the absolute standard. Any issues or delays with the shipping service are promptly taken care of. As privately funded university researchers, we need high quality materials at a reasonable price. TRS's prices have stayed the same for the past 5 years and they frequently offer product discounts or site-wide sale events which allows us to stock up on product when we have the funds to plan ahead - very helpful.

My last experience had a shipping issue with USPS - I sent them a quick e-mail and without hassle TRS sent out another shipment that same morning and did everything to make it right on their end, even though it wasn't their fault. They even upgraded our shipping without being asked to ensure delivery was made as fast as possible - and this hasn't been the first time they've done this. We 100% recommend TRS for any research and development needs.

After ordering for personal use at a regular clip since 2019, I was also purged from their system. I had ordered as recently as May, & while there had been gaps here & there over the years, it’s frustrating that whatever criteria they developed to determine who they could still supply to & who they would provide absolutely no means to ever order from them again excludes everyday individuals with tianeptine dependencies at a normal dosage. Of course, I tried to contact by email, searched for a forum I could find hearsay or any kind of evidence they’d been forced to scale back, might reopen the gates in the future, etc. I haven’t found a word on it despite their reputation for being the best, the fastest, the most reliable, the purest. It’s a shame—have ordered from two well-reviewed vendors with third-party testing since, & subjectively the effects hardly compare. I’ve tried to taper down, taper off, & come back to it with both, but regardless the hypomanic euphoria just isn’t there. I feel like I’m now on a dose to prevent irritability from tianeptine dependency (which doesn’t last that long or interfere that much anyway), not to achieve the elation & poise tianeptine once graced me with. Here’s to hoping TRS sends out re-invitation emails someday, I suppose…
