DONT

If I could give them a negative rating I would. This was a complete bait and switch sham. Offer a great deal with no fees and decent terms only to switch to a crappy deal expecting to hard close me. No questions about collateralized positions with real estate, merely assumptive closing attempts, brow beating and then insults when I didn’t take their deal. Never never never do business with these folks. Unethical, pressure tactics who sell one flavor of ice cream. I took the deal using my real estate. Run away from this company.
