Sue MacPartlin - professional, caring and kind

Sue MacPartlin became my mother’s carer last year and we certainly struck gold. She developed a very close bond with my mother very quickly. She went over and above with the care she provided. She treated my mother with respect and dignity at all times and I couldn’t have wished for anything more. Sadly my mother passed away suddenly and Sue has offered us her support too.

when my mother discharged

when my mother was discharged from the hospital. A care plan was given to her. The fact that my mother lived with us made things extremely stressful for the family to start.The carers were very professional, the process went very smoothly, and the communication was professional. I want to express my gratitude to all of the carers who visited our home and took care of our mother, showing her love and affection.
