This app is basically for scammers. I sent to someone my USDT bep20 address and he dumped fake coins that read as real value($500). Trying to send the funds to a different exchange it says suspicious token

Just made a deposit, and within seconds it got transferred out to who knows where. 72 hrs to get a response if any? What Bullshit!!!

I’ve had my money taken twice under the trust wallet app. It’s really not reliable at all. I want my money back. I deposited $210 on 14/6/2026 and $54 on 17/6/2026. Both amounts disappeared seconds after I deposited them and trust wallet people cannot tell me where the funds are despite the fact that I’ve provided them with wallet addresses it’s been sent to. They are garbage I tell you. I want my money back

more then three times 2 times mudrex and one time binance i have transfer three times crypto but no crypto has been add my mudrex and binance account. this is trust wallet breach of our trust. this is heart broken review if this is happaning ongoing how to earn crypto..............................

The fees are too high in the wallet I don't recommend them

I was affected by the 26th december TrustWallet supply chain hack. They said they were going to review the cases and refound the founds back.

I opened a support with them when I noticed I was affected, they asked me to provide some information I did. But never got a reply back.

I don't recommend this wallet.

The worst! I was a victim of the Christmas Day, 2025 hack and had nearly $10k of crypto stolen from my wallet. Trustwallet was communicating well immediately after but as of early February, they have stopped all communication and have not retruned my funds, as they promised they would. They don't care. Don't use them. It's too risky. Trust wallet is a scam company tied to Bianace, which is laso a scam. Think about it: The head of Binance has been pardoned by trump.....

I was using trust wallet for a long time and at first everything seemed fine. I trusted this wallet because everyone was saying it is safe and reliable, so I kept a pretty big amount of crypto there. But after one of their updates everything started going downhill. A few months ago my wallet got compromised and funds disappeared without me doing anything suspicious. At first I thought maybe I made some mistake myself, but later I found many other people talking about almost the same problem. It became clear this was not just an isolated case. Back in winter this issue was already known and there were many complaints online.
What makes me most angry is how their support handles this situation. They publicly talked like they care and said affected users could get help or compensation, but in reality nothing happens. You contact support and they send endless copy paste replies. First they ask for screenshots, then transaction hashes, then device info, then wallet details. I provided literally everything they requested and still no progress at all.
Everytime its some new excuse.. “please wait”, “your case is under review”, “provide more details again”. It just goes in circles over and over. Feels like they are trying to make people tired so they stop asking.
I wasted so much time dealing with this and still got no real answer. No responsibility from them, no protection for users, nothing. For a crypto wallet security should be the most important thing, but after this experience I honestly dont trust them anymore.
Very dissapointing experience. Lost money, lost time, and support was almost completely useless. I would never store serious funds there again and definitely cant recomend in to other people

Trust was is a total scam, but I wonder why the owner of twitter still allow them to operate, this is like a verified scam network, my experience with them is so bad, during the bpay bnb airdrop, from telegram, I created my first account, but when I got time to swap the bpay token , all my token were taken to an unknown address, even my deposit history was deleted, I complained and the admin later agreed but would not return the funds, to me to get a new account, now the old was version 8.91.0 and I contact the admin, informing the of the issue of balance not fully loading, they told me to upgrade to the New, version of 26.17.0, now after the upgrade, my balance totally disappeared......they are verified scammers.

SCAM there is nothing trust worthy about trust Wallet fintiwall will tell you that you should use them to redraw your money.
They will take your money and keep them until you pay a huge amount of money to release YOUR money.

Bloody useless. Inputted their own 6 digit codes about 11 times. All got declined.

I have had a disastrious experience wth this company following a crypto deposit with a value of $172265. They immediately imposed a 'money-laundering surcharge' of 40% payable immediately and suspended my account pending full payment. I immediately disputed their decision and soon after I received a\ series of e-mail all from an unknown Gmail account. Not once has Trust Wallet Support made contact with me. Shortly after the deposit was made, the crypto market plummeted and the value of my holdings dropped to $81800. The 40% 'fine' imposed earlier remained which I had been unable to pay. Soon after, access to my wallet disappeared and my crypto has been unavailable ever since. Because of this, I am of the opinion that I have been defrauded by the company who still refuse all attempts at communication. My next step is to report Trust Wallet to the Financial Regulators in the USA and UK, for misappropiation of clients funds. Needless to say, I have not dealt with them since and will not do so again.

Very disappointing experience overall. From what I’ve seen and experienced, there were serious security concerns around the app during the winter period, which affected users, including myself.

Despite this, the support team does not seem willing to take responsibility or provide any meaningful solution. I reached out hoping for assistance or at least some form of resolution, but instead received generic responses and no real help.

It feels like they are avoiding addressing the issue and not taking user concerns seriously. Situations involving lost funds should be handled with much more care and transparency.

Overall, I’m very dissatisfied and would not rely on this wallet again.

Beware of Trust Wallet and iconnect-io. There is a strong connection between these two. Iconnect-io pays 'Commissions', initally a small payout. But the takings via 'the negative balances' only to be paid uniquely using Trust Wallet is a massive. When you reach out to Trust Wallet, they show no support. A lucrative scam?

Trust Wallet admitted their extension exploit caused my loss. They reimbursed only $125 for a $9,800 loss and told me to keep using a compromised wallet. I followed every instruction they gave, documented everything, filed a police report and they still refused to make me whole. Be careful — support contradicts itself and takes no responsibility beyond the minimum. AND GET THIS -- TRUSTWALLET SUPPORT TOLD ME TO KEEP USING MY COMPROMISED WALLET to claim presale tokens. So i pulled up there support policy online and of course just the opposite is said. Its crypto 101 once trust let my seed phrase out to god knows how many people, the wallet is dead. Well there support thinks the opposite...
